    @BSNL_CHTD Sir are all the BSNL CSC in Chennai Circle functional? I went to BSNL CSC Selaiyur for changing SIM from postpaid to prepaid. But the person there said, those services are not available there and I had to go to BSNL CSC Chromepet. Are there any service resitrictions in CSC?

    @BSNL_India I requested for new connection 2 months back and today I received the call. This type of customer service is the reason behind the loss of BSNL and people do not rely on BSNL.
