@TRAI #BSNL is doing unethical practices with consumers in Nagaon Assam. Request TRAI and the Dept. of Telecommunications to reach out to me and help me with my concern as the customer care and the officials are really very unhelpful.

Worst experience from @Paytm I applied for a ₹108 recharge on my BSNL sim. It wasn't processing even now after 14hrs cancel button isn't also working. I confirmed from bsnl portal that ₹108 isn't applicable in my number. I contacted cc even they're not helping ro give refund

I disconnected my BSNL because it's service was made horrible . We know the tricks played. Govnt made sure spoiling every sector to build this narrative u have.
