    @PMOIndia Sir a small complaint made to BSNL remains unattended. It's 7 days now. No one is responding or either taking any calls. Suffering heavily Sir. No one is helping.

    It's been a year since I have stopped using #BSNL broadband & landline service on 0281-2442786 but I am yet to receive my refund and account department is asking me to wait another 3-4 month. kindly issue my refund ASAP. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ @TRAI
