    This is the main issue, your service is as good as bsnl network which u have mentioned here.

    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl service is very worst. Only this network creates so many problem about OTP. Always OTP problem and no customer care receive the call. Thats why bsnl is fasing loss... Bsnl prepaid always ruled monopoly.

    My parents are BSNL customers in Chennai and their Internet has been down since the evening of 1st Apr. Despite their lodging a complaint (Docket No: 125494170581), and several assurances from BSNL that connectivity will be restored soon (1/2) @BSNLCorporate

    Even in 2021 Customers of BSNL services are still waiting for its better network system in Arwani Bijbehara J&k. Not even a single BSNL Tower is installed/Shared by BSNL -JK nearby the radius of 2 kms at Arwani. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JK

    @zaaaif Bsnl was even before 2016 was in deep losses. The fact is so called govt employees destroyed BSNL. They think their life is settled forever and they don't have to worry about their salary. So they stopped working. They talked **** with customers. So Called job security

    @zaaaif I used bsnl broadband since 2012 to 2016 , not because I loved their services but there was no other service provider in small towns. But when JioFiber came I quickly subscribed them. BSNL govt employees are extremely rude incompetent corrupt and lazy. They don't care.

    @AllianceBroadb1 please provide rate card ,because each activities you are charging. I had use 10year BSNL they never ask charge for modem/ router configuration. you people are not giving money receipt also

    Canara Bank Madel Branch 08322239069 It's total harassment . If we cal engineers from BSNL. They r firring us like anything. Telling weather u know 2 whom u r calling... nd y u called me???.. Like that they r replying..... Can share d contact no of this rude engineers if u want.

    @zaaaif You are going in wrong direction now. this galaan valley incident is relatively new. Most of BSNL older gears are Chinese. BSNL never leveraged their assets to make good public services and earn profits. BSNL is not run by professionals but run by babus and IAS .
