    This is the main issue, your service is as good as bsnl network which u have mentioned here.

    @BSNL_TN 3G tower range is very poor at pincode 624003 area Muniyappa Kovil street, Dindigul. I given d complaint about this issue many times. But still d same. once power shutdown only 2G tower available the hole day. customer care people used say complaint to the BSNL OFFICE..

    3 days on. My broadband is not back. What’s more discouraging is BSNL is the customer care is a mess. I have called more than 25 times this morning alone, repeating the problem to different executives every time and the call get disconnected.

    @BSNL_HR Even my village is just 2-2.5 km away from mouli and same distt Near my village we have Global Industrial Park, Swami Devi Dyal College, Lala Birkha Ram College and more than 5 villages near us. Why cant they provide us fiber to home service ? Thats why people say BSNL is useless

    @BSNLCorporate My landline is not working for more than 6 months. What is BSNL doing? Complained about the same to the officials for almost 10 times. Still no steps were taken regarding this issue. Kindly, look into this matter and fix this issue as soon as possible.🙏🏼
