    Have lodged a PGP grievance also but no action taken so far. Acc # 8000839548. Need BSNL to convey that they are not able to resolve the power fluctuation problem & even if they resolve,it won't be a permanent one. I could then easily be a part of the Depleting customer base. 🙏🏻

    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl has taken customers for granted. Only they take salaries and are least bothered about customers suffering, Why does your Rajeev and sharath kumar peenya don't attend. Why should bsnl give them salary them. Both these should be sacked for deficiency in service

    @BSNL_BR 06252-2-95217(FTTH) Uday Kumar Turkaulia (845437),I have lodged a request to change broadband plan from 499 to 1277 online and also by physical application to exchange,after completion of 72 hours, plan not changed.Frustrated with BSNL service please resolve it earliest

    @BSNLCorporate There is a lot of network fluctuation in my area ( pin- 851101). I am using bsnl 4g sim card but my network keeps fluctuating between 4g and 2g and not able to get proper internet speed. Please solve the issue as soon as possible
