    @BSNLCorporate Dear sir/madam, I'm from rajasthan and use bsnl prepaid . I've an issue with my sim card connection that message not deliver from my sim card. I already try some process as update message service centre number, change mobile phone, sim card swap & upgrade also.

    @BSNLCorporate Your services are so worst. I gave an application to change BSNL plan, was not changed. Your customer care doesn't solve any problems at all. Your web portals/apps are worst. I am not sure if you understand digital India at all! 1/2

    Reliance JIO services started in Vadodara and suddenly BSNL and GTPL broadband services got effected. It is 3 days now without internet and they are not able to fix it. Reason given... due to smart city work going on in area cable are cut. Don’t know who is getting smart.

If privatisation can enhance the efficiency of a service than where's the harm. Provided that the amenities required by genuinely needy people are met.
