    @BSNLCorporate Need to downgrade my BSNL FTTH plan from Fiber Value to fiber basic plus @599, in selfcare portal I find only upgrade option, raised complaint via selfcare portal but of no use, without resolving my complaint status shows problem solved. BB details - 04282 290046
