@RahulGandhi BSNL is not worth crap because the staff is arrogant, lazy, corrupt, they don't provide spare parts, problems r not attended, linesmen ask for bribes, entire BSNL is a colossal waste ! My personal experience.

@BSNLCorporate Was forced to switch from bsnl broadband to Bharat FTTH with promise of a better connection & faster speed. But the connection is very slow & complaints are not being attended to. Have complained numerous times on whatsapp & online portal but nothing done so far.

@BSNLCorporate @DoT_India BSNL FTTH out in Colvale/ Nadora Area, Pin-403513 for more than 48 hours now.. Customer A/c ID is 1026254161. @consaff BSNL FTTH is out 10 days in any given month. This is serious violation of my consumer right. Please take stringent action on BSNL.

@melitabarretto @pgm_goa_bsnl I would suggest to switch to Ethernet express or any other service provider. BSNL is useless. I have taken new connection of Ethernet and their service is very good.

@Pratyush6891 @Indianinfoguide Based on recent updates, BSNL's VoWiFi is currently available only in South and West zones. No official rollout in East zones like Odisha as of October 2025, though nationwide expansion is planned soon. Check BSNL's app/site or contact support for your area's status.
