But the connection is very slow & complaints are not being attended to. Have complained numerous times on whatsapp & online portal but nothing done so far.

Customer A/c ID is 1026254161. @consaff BSNL FTTH is out 10 days in any given month. This is serious violation of my consumer right. Please take stringent action on BSNL.

Anand (@officialanand) reported@BSNLCorporate I was promised that 1st month of my Fiber connection would be free, but I received a bill after one month. When I called for support, I was told to visit nearest BSNL office, which is 45 km away from my home. There is no proper customer care to resolve the issue
