Customer A/c ID is 1026254161. @consaff BSNL FTTH is out 10 days in any given month. This is serious violation of my consumer right. Please take stringent action on BSNL.

It's 16:50 & #BSNL 4G network was available only 4 few minutes but b4 I could finish composing this issue, it vanished completely. Since BSNL data network vanished, so I posted via Airtel network. Since sept 2025 to till now raised complaints to cmd, cgm, bsnl hyd & Telangana no one done it. As no outgoing till, can i get the period of recharge extended.
