Till date service has not resumed. We are facing extreme difficulty in dealing with Bsnl person as nearest exchange personnel(MURUD).

However, the use of unauthorized satellite phones without the required permission is prohibited under Indian regulations. BSNL provides authorized Global Satellite Phone Services (GSPS) to eligible customer as per Department of telecommunications (DoT) guidelines and applicable verification procedures. From last 2 months I am asking to disconnect my service, have turned off modem but still getting bills as they don't disconnected the service.
