    @cgmbsnlkerala My residence is just around 3 km from the local exchange .. how bsnl get profitable if this the situation . Customer need the connection but BSNL won't provide . Other private fiber service available but I am not interested... If u can do anything plz do

    @BSNLCorporate my mobile no 9413666280 I have sent SMS five times, I call in care, then I get the same answer that why go to BSNL office then why 1900 service?Stop this service, when you cannot help, I am very upset, then please provide me the port number.

    @kannan_tweetz @nkchandar @BSNLCorporate I paid around ₹7500 to get connection. They fix the rate by inspecting the place of connection. Even after long negotiations I had no other choice but to go with it. I think BSNL office has no role in installation.

    @BSNLCorporate @sangeetthh I spoke to BSNL JTO, the about the 3G service in Madanpur. He informed me that he could not officially launch 3G because due to non availability of BTS card in Madanpur. So I request to BSNL India to provide require cards and equipment.

    @BSNLCorporate my BSNL Sim receiving no network from a month and I'm receiving no msgs or otp because of that.... Kindly look into it and provide possible solution.. Sim is recharged time to time..
