    @bsnlbroadband in my area I am very disappointed with your service because last 4-5 days internet connection lost and most of times bsnl broadband internet connection lost.. No service no Improvement.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care I complained about my BSNL FTTH (Fibre) having no internet. Your team replied saying the 'Tower distance is too long.' Are you serious? You don't even know the difference between a mobile signal and a wired Fibre connection? Big salute to your ignorance.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Dear BSNL team, Complained many times about this issue, even talked to local office Arwal/Gaya but till now the problem has become permanent, despite living in the village of BSNL BTS, we village residents are not using the BSNL sim properly, CMD saheb,pls look into issue

    @venkadais Thanks for pointing that out. After reviewing reports, BSNL's 5G rollout started nationally in Jan 2026, but Chennai coverage seems spotty, with band 28 often used for 4G. Nperf might have errors—try Opensignal or BSNL's app for verified maps. If you have speed tests, share details!

    @bsnl_care What are you saying? My complaint is about BSNL FTTH (Fibre), a wired connection. Why are you giving excuses about BTS (Mobile Towers) and handsets? ​It seems @BSNLCorporate doesn’t know the difference between Fibre and Mobile services. Pathetic support! ​#BSNL #BSNLFTTH

    1/2. @robertravi21 @CMDBSNL This is @BSNLCorporate . A proper Govt babu wali company. It's been a week placing order for WiFi connection. One guy from Bsnl called me on 9 Jan 26 to tell that he will come to inspect the network on 10 Jan.
