    @bsnlbroadband in my area I am very disappointed with your service because last 4-5 days internet connection lost and most of times bsnl broadband internet connection lost.. No service no Improvement.

    @Khurpench_ 2/2 but the own employees of BSNL (99% below or at mid management) are blamed for all the outcomes and poor performance of BSNL. They are forcefully deprived from all pay and perks, all are paid as per last pay revision of 2007. This gross injustice should be stopped

    @Khurpench_ 1/2 The main problem with BSNL is the higher management (deputed ones mostly from DoT) who takes decision for everything but are never held responsible for the outcomes..irrespective of BSNL's below par performance, their pay and perks remain best and gets revised whenever due
