    @bsnlbroadband in my area I am very disappointed with your service because last 4-5 days internet connection lost and most of times bsnl broadband internet connection lost.. No service no Improvement.

    @BSNL_KOTD BSNL, I tried calling your customer care, but they couldnt help as my sim card is a karnataka sim, and i need to use kolkata sim as my connection is in kolkata. I dont have any kolkata sim so does it mean my problems will not be addressed?

    @bsnl_ap_circle I am not using BSNL mobile data. But, I am having BSNLK Wifi. Till last week, I faced issues frequently. Since last 5 days, It looks good. Hope it continues
