@bsnlbroadband in my area I am very disappointed with your service because last 4-5 days internet connection lost and most of times bsnl broadband internet connection lost.. No service no Improvement.

@CMDBSNL BSNL 4G service should be started in Kolkata as soon as possible. People are fed up of the poor 3G service of BSNL here. Kolkata being a metro city, this service should be made available here like Delhi and Mumbai.

@Gurpree21752136 BSNL cannot operate 3G properly, they have lethargic employees. They never tried to move further with technology. Ambani screwed Airtel, Vodafone who were charging 350 per GB of 4GB. Isn't that a good thing? What is wrong if an Indian businessman is earning money?

@BSNLCorporate BSNL 4G service should be started in Kolkata as soon as possible. People here are fed up of the poor 3G service. The 3G service in Kolkata is not at all upto the mark. New 4G towers should be put up Kolkata being a metro city.

Hey BSNL we have network coverage issue in our area your Tower is installed down and far away from Township resulting in less coverage and sometimes zero signal. Please install another Tower in our area or relocate this one. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JK @TRAI

@S43D_ I have been using BSNL since telephone era. It couldn't catch up with Jio effect and it that's that. You know what your problem is? World is not black and white. There will be always wrong with something just stop crying and bitching about it.

@Suni_tweet presently I am getting 3g service from 1.5 km away BTS the speed is poor(100kb/s).The main reason is people they need moderate speed allround atleast 0.5mbper everywhere which bsnl lag because of non availability of tower.If 4g comes my coverage disappears bcoz no tower near by.

@SagarDeepak15 That's great which sim card do you use you must know there is reservations in BSNL and now BSNL don't even have 4G but on the other hand JIO and airtel is making its own 5G network. If you have the ability you will not need reservations to do whatever job or work you want to do.

@JioCare I was getting 1MB/s -2MB/s before 01 February, 2021 in BSNL and I am using Jio also.. But I have recharged with Rs.1098 to enjoy truly unlimited data from BSNL, But I think they don't value their customers, I made lot of calls on customer care @BSNLCorporate
