    @BSNLCorporate in my area from last 3 days internet is not working and technical team is also not responding. His name is vikas babu 9412121033 , he is a senior person in bsnl please take some serious action because we are paying a bill on time. Landline number is 05612297754

    @bsnlbroadband in my area I am very disappointed with your service because last 4-5 days internet connection lost and most of times bsnl broadband internet connection lost.. No service no Improvement.

    @bsnlrajasthan @bsnl_care Recharged my prepaid bsnl number to increase only validity for 21 days for Ra. 19. Used BSNL self care app to do this recharge. Validity did not get updated and your customer care is disconnecting the call and not helping at all.

    @BSNLCorporate he is not responding to my call to resolve the issue. I have escalated & followup the complaint to BSNL AGM Shimoga, Karnataka & Franchise head multiple times . but still I am facing the problem.

    @Airtel_Presence I ported from BSNL to Airtel today. Mobile number 9159371083, I was told that I will get 1 month unlimited data and call. But today, it shows I need to recharge. When I called the customer care, it gets disconnected automatically

    @BSNLCorporate Please check DM, there's one more complaint I have sent there. The phone number(new connection) has unpaid bill from previous user. Please clear that as My BSNL app still show previous user's name and bill due.

    @BSNLCorporate bsnl landline customer care is very bad . I call in customer care employee received my request but do not resolve my problem cut the call only 1 minute .

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate Have been facing regular issues with BSNL FIBER. Complaint closed without resolution. Pathetic service. Please proceed for termination and guide me for surrendering the connection completely.

    @BSNL_HR One of the complaint for Internet issue is pending since 4 days. Is it service provided by BSNL ? If you can take responsibility for service it's useless, than customers choose private operator. Why ? Internet not working since last 2 months.
