    @BSNL_OR we have been using bsnl landline with fiber connection since decades but every time we complained about the landline phone there was no response. Our landline is not working last 365days even we are paying the bill of Rs.1284 every month.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR @bsnl Should I port my BSNL Number to other telecom??? As there are 2 main problems. 1. Network issue (major problem) 2. Internet connectivity (even 2G is not working properly)

    So BSNL took my money, acknowledged it and then didn't do anything cause apparently the packages mentioned on @PhonePe_ were wrong. Okay no problem, this kinda disappointing service is expected from BSNL. So I asked them and recharged accordingly

    So to avoid loosing anymore money I wanted to talk to a customer service agent who could confirm the packs that BSNL offered. I searched google for their customer care numbers and found more than one numbers.

    Bsnl which is a leading telecom operator at some time facing problems. GOI destroys its relevance. GOI provides 5g spectrum to private operator but not atleast 4g to BSNL on ground. @BSNL_AS

    I get back this thanks. I can't even get continuous 3g in my home. Not able to use in Perambalur. Only big cities like Chennai,Tirchy ,Coimbatore only has 4G it seems(information From customer care of BSNL)

    @BSNLCorporate So who is gonna do it.... Connection was discontinued wef 15 nov 2021. Your official should work timely for benifits of customers otherwise BSNL will always be in loss and this is the reason why no one chooses BSNL.....I will never choose BSNL now in future.

    @ViCustomerCare I am Using Vi since 2010 then it was idea. now when i open WhatsApp,Netflix,Amazon ,Amazon Prime video its not working . When i chng my sim to BSNL it works good. What can i do now @ViCustomerCare . i think its ISP Problem pls solve this problem.
