Ankit Singh (@ankit88082) reported from Nagla Indar, Uttar Pradesh@BSNLCorporate I tweeted about this issue but I didn't get any solution and once I get network then I call at BSNL costumer executive & they registered my complaint (E2860003872 complaint number) didn't get any solution. It proved that BSNL don't care about their costumers. (Kamalganj- 209724)

And in my area jio is better than BSNL because jio care about their costumer instead of BSNL. Guys never use BSNL. Pin code 209724

The matter was raised with System Manager had intimated that BSNL had reported that NSP1 was down in DC Mumbai and the issue was taken up with BSNL Any inconvenience caused is regretted.

With bsnl 4G, no sms facility is available. It drops to 2G and internet gets disconnected, which prevents registration in banking and @UPI_NPCI app.
