    @BSNLCorporate sir I have bsnl ftth connection in UP district Farrukhabad town shamsabad phone no 05690297506 my ftth plan speed is 60mbps but 80% time don't receive that much speed and often it goes down less than 20mbps sometime I receive less than 10mbps so please do something

    @bsnlupe I am from UP East district farrukhabad code 209503 in town shamshabad my ftth connection is not working since 4 October 2019 due to breaking of cable,I called bsnl office farrukhabad so many times they always say they will repair it in 2 or 3 days ,ph no 5690297505

    @CMDBSNL Dear sir, Most of officers of bsnl Farrukhabad are absent for more then 1 month from Dist HQ including Indoor and Transmission Incharge. Mostly network down and FTTH customer suffers very much. For Last 16 hr HQ admin area is down due to fiber cut in city. attention pls

    @BSNLCorporate sir I have bsnl ftth connection in UP district Farrukhabad town shamsabad phone no 05690297506,I have 1277rs 200mbps plan still my speed is less than 50mbps no fixed speed,contacted bsnl office still no solution,so kindly fix the problem or should I change my plan

    @BSNLCorporate To whom should I register my complaint so that my problem is resolved because you don't have the power to resolve that. I made a huge mistake by choosed BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate I tweeted about this issue but I didn't get any solution and once I get network then I call at BSNL costumer executive & they registered my complaint (E2860003872 complaint number) didn't get any solution. It proved that BSNL don't care about their costumers. (Kamalganj- 209724)

    @BSNLCorporate I am not getting network from last 20 days even after complaining on 1503 no solution has been found please solve this issue ASAP. And in my area jio is better than BSNL because jio care about their costumer instead of BSNL. Guys never use BSNL. Pin code 209724

    @bsnl_care When will bsnl give solution? When will bsnl install UPS in sokkanur tower_642109? Even today, morning 5.45 to 6.15 am, no bsnl tower signal due to no power. How to trust bsnl on emergency otps and calls? Why should we use bsnl then?

    @bsnl_care Can't bsnl understand the concern? Who asked additional tower despite fixing the current tower!! New tower instead of fixing UPS!!! What a job??? Fix ups first and then move for additional tower. Instead looking solution, draggitge problem for years. Do I asked new tower or UPS?

    @omnamaha333 @narendramodi @VivaTech I wanna be in bsnl coz it's a govt company while jio and Airtel is private. If bsnl don't have a wide network service then who is responsible for it ? For your kind information criticism is integral part of democracy. If public will have no problem and issue there'll be no devlop, I can see your mentality level by his response.
