    @bsnlupe sir I have bsnl ftth connection in UP district Farrukhabad town shamsabad phone no 05690297506,I have 1277rs 200mbps plan still my speed is less than 50mbps no fixed speed,contacted bsnl office still no solution,so kindly fix the problem or should I change my plan

    @BSNLCorporate I am from UP East district farrukhabad code 209503 in town shamshabad my ftth connection is not working since 4 October 2019 due to breaking of cable,I called bsnl office farrukhabad so many times they always say they will repair it in 2 or 3 days ,ph no 5690297505

    @BSNLCorporate sir I have bsnl ftth connection in UP district Farrukhabad town shamsabad phone no 05690297506 my ftth plan speed is 60mbps but 80% time don't receive that much speed and often it goes down less than 20mbps sometime I receive less than 10mbps so please do something

    @BSNLCorporate I am not getting network from last 20 days even after complaining on 1503 no solution has been found please solve this issue ASAP. And in my area jio is better than BSNL because jio care about their costumer instead of BSNL. Guys never use BSNL. Pin code 209724

    @CMDBSNL Dear sir, Most of officers of bsnl Farrukhabad are absent for more then 1 month from Dist HQ including Indoor and Transmission Incharge. Mostly network down and FTTH customer suffers very much. For Last 16 hr HQ admin area is down due to fiber cut in city. attention pls

    @BSNLCorporate I tweeted about this issue but I didn't get any solution and once I get network then I call at BSNL costumer executive & they registered my complaint (E2860003872 complaint number) didn't get any solution. It proved that BSNL don't care about their costumers. (Kamalganj- 209724)

    In a major crackdown, Yeshwanthpur police have arrested a gang involved in stealing copper wires by posing as telecom staff. The accused, who reportedly travelled by flight to carry out thefts, were targeting BSNL infrastructure across the city. The arrested individuals have been identified as Ravi Chauhan, Sandeep and Syed Zahed, all natives of Uttar Pradesh. Police described them as habitual offenders who executed their plan in a calculated manner. According to the investigation, the gang used to arrive in Bengaluru by air and carry out copper wire thefts before escaping. To avoid suspicion, they wore uniforms resembling telecom employees and pretended to be repair workers. Dressed like staff from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, they would approach locations under the pretext of maintenance work. Their primary targets were BSNL telephone installations placed along footpaths. The accused reportedly damaged iron pillars installed for LAN and internet connections to access the copper wires. For this, they used tools such as pickaxes, hammers, screwdrivers and cutters to break open structures and steal cables. Police revealed that the gang had committed thefts on the 17th and 19th of the month in multiple areas, including Sadashivanagar, Malleswaram, Mattikere and Yeshwanthpur. The case came to light after BSNL staff lodged a complaint at the Yeshwanthpur police station regarding missing modules and copper wires. Following this, police analysed CCTV footage, which helped identify and track down the accused. Based on the evidence, all three suspects were arrested by Yeshwanthpur police. Further investigation is underway to determine if the gang is involved in similar thefts in other locations.
