    @bsnlupe I am from UP East district farrukhabad code 209503 in town shamshabad my ftth connection is not working since 4 October 2019 due to breaking of cable,I called bsnl office farrukhabad so many times they always say they will repair it in 2 or 3 days ,ph no 5690297505

    @DrTripathiji @iSamirRoy @PTI_News What quality? All network providers in India be it Jio, Airtel, VI, BSNL are terrible. Neither of them give good 4G speeds, if they do they're in very small area.

    @Aadhaar_Care It doesn't specify any telephone company but upon visible aadhar center they're saying they only allow bsnl telephone bill and if i show this document they're saying to call toll free number and record that airtel landline is acceptable. I means it's there job to know and help

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK Just got an information from CSC that it will take further 10 more days. Nice response. What an immediate action from BSNL. You people are making us never think about taking service from BSNL. Congrats Team BSNL.

    Hello @BSNL_UKD , I am a bsnl fibre customer. I am having connectivity issue from past one week and I have contacted service people for more than 20 times. I don't get any positive response from them and when contacted several times they ask to remove connection.

    Ported in bsnl got signal, calling, sms is ok. But data.! It's almost 4 day and I didn't even see an 'E' symbol of data and I was expecting a 3G with ok speed. Tried customer care.. useless. asked twitter DM .. useless..this is 1st impression @BSNLCorporate
