    very poor working culture at UPPCL. In fact they are working as anti consumer which reminds me BSNL during 90s. Recently, smart meters have been provided in my society at varanasi. After that most of flat owners have been issued abnormally high bill in tune of 20 to 50 thousand

    @CMDBSNL Respected sir ln Renukoot BSNL broad band services is very very poor. Please improved it. Because online classes is going on & net connection is very poor or out of order. Complaint करने पर कोई नहीं सुनता. Thanks

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 I had BSNL fiber, it was really very good, but there is a catch, Till the time it’s connected you are happy But If it’s interrupted then start complaining, no one to listen, and you know presently BSNL services provided by local cable distributors even you won’t get help

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 This is cheap and best, but why do you remove the 600GB plan on 4G?? Don't want BSNL if it follows the same pvt tails. We have no use for support even poor service. BSNL superiors keep bsnl down to pushing people to pvt operators.

    @BHASKARANSHIVAR @FI_InvestIndia People are gobarbhakts they don't understand what good is a mobile company if it doesn't have network. To buy a bsnl or mtnl sim you have to Google or worse go to their office which is closed on weekends and at the same time others company store are near your home and open 7 days

    @ScindiaG Dear Sir BSNL service is very poor no connectivity even in Air Port Delhi parking side no signal. The parent company of all telecom companies is survive for its survival. It is the worst period of BSNL. May be Achhe Din A jaan when people aware.

    Instead of torturing your users. Many times even normal calls won't go at all. Only silence even after 10 minutes. Very rarely it gets connected that too with a break in communication. Is it necessary to run such a useless service. Plz shut down BSNL at the earliest & help us

    @TRAI @BSNLCorporate My sim number 9494281875. I live in Thoraipakkam, Chennai. My sim not working and i called Customer care to ask nearest BSNL office for visit and get my sir issue resolved. But the service is pathetic in call. Not giving address.

    @FI_InvestIndia We need only unlimited voice n sms plans with no data. Even though we signal pblm I changed all primary sim to bsnl to save money.
