    @CMDBSNL Respected sir ln Renukoot BSNL broad band services is very very poor. Please improved it. Because online classes is going on & net connection is very poor or out of order. Complaint करने पर कोई नहीं सुनता. Thanks

    very poor working culture at UPPCL. In fact they are working as anti consumer which reminds me BSNL during 90s. Recently, smart meters have been provided in my society at varanasi. After that most of flat owners have been issued abnormally high bill in tune of 20 to 50 thousand

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw Hi Bsnl team, I am bsnl fiber user and facing no internet issue once power will goes for more than 1-2 hour, and it's happening from months if you do not have adequate power back up then who is responsible to fix it.

Mere telephone mein kuch problem nahin hai, road construction k dauran, underground wiring ukhad gayi & problem ye hai ki bsnl k pas repairing karne k liye paise nahin hai!

    @Jimmyeyme @BSNL_JK You can easily port from bsnl to any other network provider jio, airtel or vodafone just go to your any nearby network operator or a service provider of sim card with a proof of your government document and it must be Aadhaar card to port your sim into another network.
