    very poor working culture at UPPCL. In fact they are working as anti consumer which reminds me BSNL during 90s. Recently, smart meters have been provided in my society at varanasi. After that most of flat owners have been issued abnormally high bill in tune of 20 to 50 thousand

    @CMDBSNL Respected sir ln Renukoot BSNL broad band services is very very poor. Please improved it. Because online classes is going on & net connection is very poor or out of order. Complaint करने पर कोई नहीं सुनता. Thanks

    @Anurag_Office @airnewsalerts Sir, I am living in jaipur rural and I online applied for BSNL Airfiber service for study purpose but no positive response given by BSNL authorities even I continue communicated with BSNL authorities and vendors in long time .Pse issue strict directions to BSNL authorities 🙏😔

    @BSNLCorporate Information sought has been sent via DM. Kindly peruse and advise further course of action. Customer Care says we have to pay any charges in cash. This is contradictory to what is mentioned in the website of BSNL and also the cashless economy program.

    @BSNLCorporate My Bharat fibre connection (06542298616) is not working since last 2 weeks, complaint a number of times but no one came for help.. Maybe time has come to end my customer relationship with BSNL and move to other private fibre networks..

    @Abhishe07298492 @s_k_r_0307 @sagarcasm Nope. bsnl always had the upper hand in terms of customer base and infrastructure. All it needed was govt support. That was with jio and rest is history .
