very poor working culture at UPPCL. In fact they are working as anti consumer which reminds me BSNL during 90s. Recently, smart meters have been provided in my society at varanasi. After that most of flat owners have been issued abnormally high bill in tune of 20 to 50 thousand

@CMDBSNL Respected sir ln Renukoot BSNL broad band services is very very poor. Please improved it. Because online classes is going on & net connection is very poor or out of order. Complaint करने पर कोई नहीं सुनता. Thanks

@Airtel_Presence Airtel's payment portal is still the worst . Even bsnl refunded my failed recharge amount in one day. It has been 17 days i recharged Airtel number and the recharges failed

@BSNLCorporate Nobody resolved when asked for refund went for 2 years the phone was disconnected due to BSNL mistake and my money was deducted every month very poor coordination between administrition and the working people
