    @CMDBSNL Respected sir ln Renukoot BSNL broad band services is very very poor. Please improved it. Because online classes is going on & net connection is very poor or out of order. Complaint करने पर कोई नहीं सुनता. Thanks

    very poor working culture at UPPCL. In fact they are working as anti consumer which reminds me BSNL during 90s. Recently, smart meters have been provided in my society at varanasi. After that most of flat owners have been issued abnormally high bill in tune of 20 to 50 thousand

    I tried calling this number and they claim to be from bsnl head office in Greater noida and want me to install the team viewer support and complete the kyc using their computer. Can you please confirm if thi is the authentic source?? And why kyc is needed for a phone?

    @jiteshghushe No the modem which have being with me is the modem given by Bsnl while having my local technical support they also informed me the same thing. They said that upgrading the modem may make change doesn't know anyway waiting for them informed that they will call and none have given
