    Otherwise, there is no benefit in using a 5G SIM if the service is not reliable. In such a case, switching to an alternative provider like BSNL broadband seems like a better option. Please look into this matter urgently. Thank you

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care my number is 7599342159 @BSNLUPWEST using since 2010. Upgrade 4G SIM two times but unable to access existing BSNL's 4G network. Kindly activate 4G / 5G services on my number.

    Amidist #DigitalIndia movement. Govt. Telecom operator BSNL has been facing a countrywide outage since 1st Dec. No one can get a new SIM or port to BSNL. There is no official statement from BSNL on it. @JM_Scindia @BSNLCorporate

    @JM_Scindia M. Scindia : BSNL customer Portal App is not working in North India (For the last 15 days ) . No one knows when it will be Sorted Out . ( North India new Customers are badly Impacted ) , Should not happen in Era of 2025 ( 15 Days is too much still Issue not Resolved

    While I had applied for a BSNL connection, the installation was never carried out at my premises. No BSNL services were ever delivered or used under the above account. It appears that your team created this billing account before installation, which is not the correct process.
