    @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate @BsnlHp BSNL is serving remote areas of Himachal Pradesh and deals with outages in a way that defies logic. We have outages every day. Complaints made days ago remain unresolved. Sometimes monkeys are blamed for cutting fibre cables with their bare teeth, sometimes a JCB trudges along, breaking an overhead Fibre Cable, or someone plays a mischief and cuts cables for fun. At times back end equipment malfunctions and even if Fibre is connected well, there is no Internet. Now I am using 4G signals to write this. Why doesn't BSNL lay underground cables permanently, avoid all these issues. Or is a Starlink deal with BSNL about to come through for remote areas?

    @badjourno Govt (&retd) employees get discount from BSNL, despite poor network. People retain it & additional # for active calls. Competition made BSNL outsource their fibre connection at the customer level and they're responsive than the PSU. Speed is still iffy.

    @sanjanind Dear Customer, Greetings of the day! To activate DND on your BSNL number, send "START 0" to 1909 to block all commercial messages. Alternatively, dial 1503 from your BSNL number to request DND activation. Please allow up to 24 hours for processing. Regards, BSNL Care (Sahil)

    @RMantri You are wrong in this case. Because of BSNL, we now have a matured system of indigenous 4G and 5G equipment maker Tejas Network. Long term benefit will be immense. No private sector was betting on Tejas.

    EBITDA jump is too huge. Time for BSNL to start recruiting fresh engineers.appoint youngsters only , engineers for field work, customer facing work . They can actually sell solutions better too , that too right solutions. Technology driven businesses should appoint technical work force . Why building more top line, EBIDTA and cut down on people investments totally .

    @payal_trustable Using bsnl 100mbps plan. Service provider is private and has partnership with BSNL. Only private operators provide best service.

    @ViCustomerCare Facing issue on Vi network where 1915, 1800-11-4000, SBI 1800 1234/2100 and PNB 1800 2021 are not connecting. These same numbers work on Jio, Airtel and BSNL.

    @bsnl_care @rohit9060 haha..its good but customer care is very bad in BSNL....it may take 1-2 years to get it solved
