    While all the pvt companies have more than 98% uptime for 2G and 4G. What about BSNL it's so low that they can't think of publishing it. Price is one factor but quality of network is supreme that's why u r not gaining new users. People can pay more for reliable services.

    @Ravisutanjani Yeah privatized everything, if you are poor you must not travel. If you can't pay you must not use phone , pf amount should be put in stock , bsnl already shorthand for jio, and denied bandwidth should be sold

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 BSNL 4G is the worst. I'm only getting 5 to 7 Mbps in 4G, even though there's a BSNL tower in my home at 641607 Kongu Nagar. It takes so much time to connect a call, SMS messages aren't sending properly, and I can't even verify UPI apps. First implement 4g properly.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_puduvai @bsnl_care My BSNL FTTH in Puducherry is down for 3 days. Complaint raised, but no technician visit. Self-Care and technical contact — no help. This happens often — restoration takes 4–5 days every time. Why should I pay for service I’m not getting?
