To my disbelief, I got a call from DGM #BSNL #Chhattisgarh the very next Monday. He assured me that the issue would be resolved soon. He has taken personal interest in the issue ever since. Thanks to his and his team's efforts, the fibre was installed at my home the same week.

@BSNLCorporate #BSNL is the worst service provider. That is why it will become a history soon. Even customer care authority has no time to attend our complaint. I'll port my #BSNL number to other service provider better than #BSNL.

Completely inefficient and non customer friendly . Atleast show some regards to your customers . It is not good to steal money from people this way .
