    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_CG_Circle customer, BSNL has launched Multiple Recharge Facility can recharge in advance with same den.without waiting for expiry of current PV/STV and get 5GB free data with val. of 22 days on using this facility. *I have recharge*

    This brings me to conclude : 1) This @narendramodi govt is receptive and responsive to common man's problems. 2) State entities like #BSNL are designed to serve us. We just need to persist and ask. In doing so we not only help ourselves, we work towards common good.

    @BSNLMH_Nagpur @AshwiniVaishnaw bsnl landline number 0712-2282895 is dead again. Just few days back it was restored. Sr ctzn parents at home and need this service urgently. Kindly help at earliest. When tried over booking complaint on internet it was not possible.

    After My tweet Got fraud calls from fraudsters mobile no. 9832606673, 9163674473, 8521912352, asking me to forward message . But as I know BSNL will never ask for such messages. So request everyone to pl.dont respond to such mob. Numbers

    To my disbelief, I got a call from DGM #BSNL #Chhattisgarh the very next Monday. He assured me that the issue would be resolved soon. He has taken personal interest in the issue ever since. Thanks to his and his team's efforts, the fibre was installed at my home the same week.

    @BSNLCorporate #BSNL is the worst service provider. That is why it will become a history soon. Even customer care authority has no time to attend our complaint. I'll port my #BSNL number to other service provider better than #BSNL.

    Dear @BSNLCorporate your Team in @BSNL_CG_Circle is not able to fulfill the requirements for a good fiber connection in “Capital” Raipur.! I got it fixed after 100 followups and now it goes bad every other day. I am paying double thn normal still service is expremely poor.! #BSNL

    @rsprasad Sir I m using BSNL since last 20 years my No is 0771-2243418, but now it's service is very poor. I had made complaint on 28th Feb but without resolving closed the complaint. It is repeatedly done. No one to hear me in BSNL. Plz help me.
