He has taken personal interest in the issue ever since. Thanks to his and his team's efforts, the fibre was installed at my home the same week.

I have 2sim diff network-one for work one for personal and WiFi for data. Their entire broadband system is practically in the "ICU" and absolutely no official wants to take any responsibility for it! If a customer complains about faulty internet, they casually take 15 to 20 days just to fix a basic issue.
