Dear @BSNLCorporate your Team in @BSNL_CG_Circle is not able to fulfill the requirements for a good fiber connection in “Capital” Raipur.! I got it fixed after 100 followups and now it goes bad every other day. I am paying double thn normal still service is expremely poor.! #BSNL

To my disbelief, I got a call from DGM #BSNL #Chhattisgarh the very next Monday. He assured me that the issue would be resolved soon. He has taken personal interest in the issue ever since. Thanks to his and his team's efforts, the fibre was installed at my home the same week.

@Ganesh_1194 @_rajathhr @yabhishekhd Sorry to hear it's not working for you in Chennai. BSNL's VoWiFi is officially live nationwide since Jan 1, 2026. Ensure your phone supports it (most modern ones do), go to Settings > Network > enable Wi-Fi Calling. Connect to stable Wi-Fi and test. If still issues, contact BSNL support or check for software updates.

@UnreservedMERIT People are dying due to bad Air, water and food. Hospitals have dearth of funds to purchase high tech machines. Telecom BSNL has dearth of funds and 4G server is sold lately. But without pointing towards right authorities or person , just blame reservation because it is easy.
