    Day 24, no internet/stable internet with ftth connection. But today i got internet bill from bsnl and they can send 5 msg daily to pay bill but can't fix internet connection after 12 complaint. @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @BSNL_MH

    @BSNLCorporate unable to see the outstanding mobile/LL bills after login to bsnl portal.. This problem has been for longtime. Was able to make online payments from this portal last month.. Kindly resolve Rajesh

    @BSNLCorporate Why can't the process be done online? Which age are you living in that you want a person to email such information. Get your selfceare portal working and user friendly. Despite us wanting to stick with BSNL, such pathetic customer care is forcing us to shift to other providers.

    @TRAI sir do favour I have complain several times in bsnl but one comes to hear my problem .iam not getting sms on my number .I have doubt that some one misuse my number or clone sim type fraud on going on my number pls help me out

    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI @Airtel_Presence i want to port from Bsnl to Airtel bt bsnl is not sending UPC code instead they send me Request for UPC for your mobile no. ....could not be processed.Please retry after some time. Kindly help Asap

    If its a rainy season bsnl broadband was not working, Totally depressed by work with @BsnlTamilnadu provide me the fiber cable network connection or give me the permanent solution for continuous internet connection

    My father #seniorcitizen is victim of a bank fraud. He is currently in #Secunderabad . Yesterday got fraud call regarding #BSNL sim. He shared his bank details unknowingly. All the money is withdrawal by fraud. Can help please @CyberCrimeshyd @AddlCPCrimesHyd
