    @mishraomkar1230 Sir/Madam, As reported, the Router of Sundargarh Court SO had gone faulty and was subsequently replaced. The office functioned for a day or two and after that the new router also malfunctioned. The matter was escalated to CO and BSNL Team at CO, who in turn replied that, new router will only be supplied once the earthing parameters of the office are within ideal values. Since, being a rent free building, the ownership of the building accommodating Sundargarh Court SO lies with State Government. Subsequently, Supdt. Engineer, R&B Division, Sundargarh has been requested to rectify the earthing issue at Sundargarh Court SO, however any reply in the matter is still awaited.

    @bsnl_care bsnl plz do something i raised so many complaints in satara,Maharashtra bsnl office but none of any concern about my issue i faced poor network,internate problem,call barring,frequently disconnection of network and fluctuation.Sms not send.Plz look in this matter.

    @bsnl_care Hello, This poor network coverage issue has been ongoing for over 1 year now. Informing us that it will take a few more months is disappointing. Please share a clear and confirmed timeline for permanent resolution. Customers have already suffered enough. @BSNLCorporate #bsnl

    @TheOfficialSBI Which exact BSNL plan do you recommend to register YONO? I have tried multiple BSNL plans, spent money, and your customer care only says “change plan” without knowing the answer. Please advise one working plan instead of guesswork. Also, please stop updating YONO

    Utter disappointment @BSNLCorporate for a MH Circle user since 2004 . Got 5G Sim on Jan 17 fr Shivam at CC desk in Hadapsar Ind. Estate , BSNL office but SIM yet not activated . Looks @pgm_pune_bsnl wants customers to go away fr BSNL by keeping SERVER down so long. @JM_Scindia
