    @BSNL_BR I talked to customer care (cc). She(cc) said he(who made my broadband connection) is looting me. She told me to ask him for refund. But he is denying it. She also asked me to go to BSNL office in Samastipur Bihar 848101 from where I got his mobile number (1/7)

    @BSNLCorporate It's been 6 days the wifi/line is totally dead. BSNL office don't answer calls and if they do, they say the wire has been broken and they don't know exactly where. Highly dissapointed by this kind of service by bsnl broadband service providers. Kindly help asap.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR I want to register a complaint on my mobile number regarding bsnl caller tune. Everytime I try to set a caller tune it shows me a message that your caller tune unsubscribe request is on process. please try after sometime. Please resolve my problem.

    Kindly take this issue seriously not because this is pandemic time but because this will ruin BSNL image in market. Or Please provide contact number of #BSNL #JTO in Jharkhand state, Ramgarh district or whatever circle this district belongs.
