    Worst experience with BSNL network neither mobile network nor Broadband is working properly , no customer care is working, not to purchase bsnl bcz it may give u lot of bad experience.govt has to close this unprofessional department as soon as possible @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate I have BSNL fibre broadband plan of rs 999/- monthly rent with free OTT. In this shemaroo OTT is not working. Kindly check. My broadband no is 01636295491.

    @BSNL_RJ despite registering complaints and tweeting on the problem the broadband service remains pathetic. The frequent drop in the connection is frustrating and non-responsive attitude of BSNL employees is even more. The OTT bundle with the broadband is also not working.
