    @bsnl_care I’ve been trying to call for over a month, but the line is always busy. When I visit the BSNL center, they simply tell me to call the 1800 number - the same number that never connects. Customers shouldn’t have to struggle just to reach support.

    @bsnl_care Also I've Emailed my issue to the circle office and raised complaint through helpline, i am requesting you please upgrade your network service and break the monopoly in this sector. Lacks of people not complaining because of just pathetic situation of bsnl customer support @TRAI

    @JM_Scindia @AshwiniVaishnaw @MIB_India Digital transactions and mobile apps are not put to use because of poor signal strength even in rural residential areas and not being addressed by the service provider in spite of repeated requests. Jio,Airtel,BSNL are all the same. FYKI

    @BSNL_MH @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL BSNL fiber service in Keri village hasn't been good in last month. Connectivity hasn't been continuous & speed is also fast. Please look into this and do the needful ASAP. We are solely dependent on BSNL for basic communication needs.
