The other service provider like airtel readily issues a new sim of any state in any state(like me).

Bhavsar 304 (@Bhavsar304) reported@Ravisutanjani @JM_Scindia directed to increase ARPU of BSNL instead of Market share. With lowest Market share focusing on increase of ARPU will endup in disaster. They should focus on cost effective mobile plans (significantly cheaper than pvt) with better quality of service.

Additionally, as per information from BSNL offices, it appears that eSIM is currently being issued only for new connections and not for existing numbers. Kindly confirm whether existing users can convert their physical SIM to eSIM, or if the service is limited to new SIM activations only. Looking forward to your clarification.
