  @rsprasad Iam from Tamilnadu. Iam a BSNL customer and my whole family are the BSNL customers. Each and everytime we call #BSNL customer care the person who attends is not speaking tamil even we press the Tamil option. My father can't understand and speak English nor Hindi.

  Bsnl is gold digger.. Goi putting money where it is going.. No 4g no coverage. I had mtnl number but not able to get access in CG area on bsnl. Follow up customer care of bsnl mtnl for months.. Finally port out. So all networks detorieted. @PMOIndia

  @TelecomTalk Bsnl was totally crap. They made a alliance & formed dffrnt unions made their own rule made public sector to some Nigam ltd etc etc list goes on…..It’s own ppl of bsnl destroyed it. It’s not Govt fault.

  @BSNL_HR @AshwiniVaishnaw @rtiindia customer can understand if he/she is facing any problem once or twice in a month but it’s a pattern every Saturday BSNL shuts its data services and when i call them they say yes we are working on it it will take 2 hours and it changes to 2 day
