    @rsprasad Iam from Tamilnadu. Iam a BSNL customer and my whole family are the BSNL customers. Each and everytime we call #BSNL customer care the person who attends is not speaking tamil even we press the Tamil option. My father can't understand and speak English nor Hindi.

    @BSNLCorporate few days ago i recharged my bsnl fiber but yet my fiber is not recharged,portal shows "recharge pending".I contacted many times to BSNL customer care but no result.@BSNLCorporate get my problem solved immediately.

    @BSNL_BR The speed of internet is very slow in your so called 4G BSNL My BSNL mobile number is 89863476** Ashok Nagar, Kankarbagh, Patna- 800020 Atleast give good service on 3G. Now we are ready to use BSNL.

    @BSNL_HP I didn't expect this type of service from BSNL. Atleast you should provide a dual band modem to your customers as you are charging us a very large amount of installation as compared with other brand like Airtel or Jio Fiber. This was my mistake to choose the BSNL fiber.

    @BSNL_OR I rcvd that my BSNL number 0674-2915501 account number - 3008255418 has been commissioned on 27-Aug but practically there is connection. Request immediate action to rectify this action of commissioning on paper else we will have to take the support of consumer court.

    @BSNL_PB Hi , its been two days and my BSNL Wifi is not working.I logged web complaint yesterday and called customer care yesterday and today but no technician visited my home.Please direct concerned authorities as I didn't get positive reply from customer care.

    @tweet2vosu @ipo_agarwal There is only jio and airtel. BSNL still no 4G. And VI needs huge capital inflow to sustain. Airtel is planing for 5G service from next year 2nd quater
