    @rsprasad Iam from Tamilnadu. Iam a BSNL customer and my whole family are the BSNL customers. Each and everytime we call #BSNL customer care the person who attends is not speaking tamil even we press the Tamil option. My father can't understand and speak English nor Hindi.

    @BSNLCorporate all BSNL numbers are out of network since 48 hours in a dense area of Aligarh(UP). As a reliable Govt. Network I always prefer BSNL but regular network issue causes us to go for port into another network. No customer care exist here for us.

    I'm highly disappointed by the type of internet service provided by BSNL. Inspite of making timely payment, they have cut the internet connection from the last 2 days. If the error is from consumer side, they directly cut the connection. @BSNLCorporate @Consumer2Court

    Thinking of getting my both of the SIM one of @reliancejio & other of @airtelindia ported to @BSNL_UPE as ,the speed of both the ISPs sucks . While both(Jio & Airtel) are providing 4G network , the internet speed of both of them is slower than 3G network of BSNL in my area.

    @BSNL_CHTD “ BSNL TUNES “, the Personalized Ring Back Tone (PRBT) service of BSNL which is presently available to mobile phone customers - CAN WE GET THE LIST OF CODES -For setting a specific song, you need to send the specific song code via SMS

    Dear @BSNLCorporate broadband not working since today morning. Daily as well keeps disconnecting during office work and calls. Most of the times I end up using mobile hotspot due to unpredictable BSNL connection.

    @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL, It is quite annoying that you do not have connectivity in places like Delhi Metro. Even while travelling in train, BSNL network gets disrupted frequently. Please do something before I consider porting.

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate Dear Sir, BSNL network is zero in Navali village, koppal Dt kanakagiri TQ I have not seen from many months always exchange office locked. Why simply put Tower and employees waste of time and govt salary for them. Plz do needful.
