  @payal_trustable Using bsnl 100mbps plan. Service provider is private and has partnership with BSNL. Only private operators provide best service.

  @airtelindia @BSNL_BR @TRAI Why is it that whenever I try to call my mother, who uses a BSNL number, the call never connects on the first attempt, or doesn't connect at all despite multiple attempts? This issue does not occur when calling Airtel or Jio numbers.
