    Lack of accountability and unable to address the issue. All this at unreasonable price in EAST SUNGHBHUM(Jamshedpur). Turned out to be a terrible decision to take BSNL over Airtel or Jio. Lesson learnt the hard way. @AshwiniVaishnaw @DoT_India @CMDBSNL

    @BSNLCorporate How much time you will take? Who will be responsible about network issue because i forwarded my call to another no. and i was pay for BSNL plan... Who will pay my money back? i am not using your sim due to network issue... you can check Data or call history in your system.....

    @BSNLCorporate Well noted Bsnl, let me know about pincode 121105, i heard about you that you don't have material for installation a new tower... If this problem not solving by you within 20 Days then, i will port out again my contact no. in another operator... am very disappointed with you
