    @asbhonge Inspite having poor network coverage throughout mumbai, I have been using bsnl 2g/3g past 4+ years as a secondary sim. Bureaucracy at each level is killing the growth of the company. Expecting better services from @BSNLCorporate after taking over from @MTNLOfficial

    @ahmedalifayyaz I am reminded of 2014 floods, every alarm bells failed, people at helm of affairs was heard saying Govt is nowhere, administration has failed, I was surprisingly making alarms for rescue required in area but for deaf ears of administration. BSNL could never restore services

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK Until you improve your service, No one can save BSNL from sinking. #BSNL is a sinking ship because of your employees. From last 2 days interest is not working at our company, we made 10-15 calls to BSNL Anjana nagar office (08023283999) Bangalore.

    @BSNLCorporate Hello, I have been complete Port process. Now I am in BSNL but I am facing many issues now like no signals, calling and internet disability due to log network in my area. Pin code of my area is 251314 so please resolve this issue to stay with @BSNL_UPW Services.

    @rsprasad Ravi Ji,Greetings of the day!!! My BSNL landline number 020-25893902 at Pune is down since August 2020. After making complaint it got rectified, again down. This happens frequently at least thrice. Kindly reslove the issue. Dr. Dilip, Scientist & Engineer, Pune

    @BSNLCorporate I am from kaiti, burdwan, WB-713423. My problem when electricity load shedding then BSNL Tower signal off, and here we get only 2G signal. Please solve problem.

    @CMDBSNL my dad has been a long term customer of BSNL and is stuck in BLR for the last 10 months due to covid. His bsnl sim card stopped working in Aug and since then he has been trying to get a swap. All his bank acs are linked to this num hence it is very difficult to manage
