    @BSNLCorporate Could you please take this up at a hierarchy level above the local offices of bsnl, they have failed to provide any resolution from tower vows to air fibre issue.

    @nitinagarwalINC @Barshar016 Very poor service bsnl, riddled with inefficiency, should close down. Neither Modi nor BJP did this. The people rejected BSNL.

    Unable to use old purchased modem with my netplus account . Cstmr care said either wait for a month so that account of previous owner gets terminate frm current suspended status or go with other operator. Shoul i go with BSNL as suggested to utilise that modem? @netplusofficial

    @BSNLCorporate @LNASPD After seeing the good condition of BSNL network for 20-25 days, I suggested 2-3 friends to PORT their SIM to BSNL bcoz of cheaper tarriff and now when there is no network,they are abusing me😓 Pls take it seriously🙏 Area- MusafirKhana (Town area) Distt- Amethi, U.P. , PIN-227813
