    @BSNLCorporate Could you please take this up at a hierarchy level above the local offices of bsnl, they have failed to provide any resolution from tower vows to air fibre issue.

    Both Palwal and Faridabad have not sufficient coverage and tower installation. I live in Villages Patli Khurd Palwal and continuously move toward Faridabad for my job but am very disappointed with the bsnl worst mobile service. Please add one tower in my village as we require it.

    @vyombhar @BSNLCorporate Very poor service. Only the same dialogue copy paste in every social media escalation but not try to improve service. Govt invests in crores are all in water. Only govt invests but no improvement but BSNL team.

    @Gopalganj_index @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care Honestly, BSNL won’t be able to give full 2G coverage across India in the next 20 years, forget about 4G. Promising service but failing to deliver is nothing short of a scam. Stop supporting such outdated and pathetic telecom companies just port to a better alternative.

    @BSNL_KTK Our BSNL phone service is failing badly. Friends say our number rings, but we never receive any call. We contacted BSNL customer service, but it was of no use. This is causing serious inconvenience—please fix this immediately.
