    @BSNLCorporate Could you please take this up at a hierarchy level above the local offices of bsnl, they have failed to provide any resolution from tower vows to air fibre issue.

    @BSNLCorporate we are facing pathetic service these days with recurrent issue of no internet on the ftth connection. Provider don't even inform about the down time nor respond to calls. Any issue happens take more than 2 days to resolve. Issue: bsnl Bihar, Sasaram

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW Services down again since morning. Not a single week passes that does not have service issue for at least or twice.Why the services can't be as of the provide providers..This shows the incompetency of BSNL. Already contacted BSNL nawabganj exchange but no reply from their end..

    We complained before several time there is no hearing,our problem is postponed as like we're taking service for free, if this continues in future the day is not far that the condition of jio will be worse than BSNL. @JioCare @reliancejio

    I was not aware about such laziness and rubbish service of BSNL Assam else would have never taken a connection. Firstly, you even charged 5500 for getting a new connection even though I was told to pay only 4000. Still even after paying, I have to use my mobile data. Great BSNL

    @reliancejio @JioCare Network outages is a common problem in Sector Mu 1, greater noida have complained several time but no action has been taken. Sometimes it is worse than 2g of bsnl.

    @cgm_mh_bsnl bsnl have worst service in nashik. I have continuous problem about landline broadband.
