@BSNLCorporate Could you please take this up at a hierarchy level above the local offices of bsnl, they have failed to provide any resolution from tower vows to air fibre issue.

@BSNL_AS we have been calling 1503 but when we press the nos. 1 2 or 3 for language selection its not working. Now we hear jus some bullshit music. Why do u run a helpline when u cant maintain it ! #NoBrand #BSNL

@sumanthraman Chennai has so many good private internet options like Act and Hathway, why are people still using BSNL? The only thing BSNL is good at is arrogance and inefficiency. I cut my connection after they took 20 days to solve my problem.

@rvaidya2000 BSNL is functional, only for those who have someone working/worked in govt. 15yrs ago BSNL didn't care to expand fiber-to-home neither railways which has good fiber network. Now local players are offering better. BSNL's NIB project squandered monies & let IT companies thrive.
