    @BharatFibreFTTH It's been a month since the nature calamity has hit Nainital district and here we are struggling with the internet speed of BSNL FTTH. A customer paying all the bills on time and not getting the service, waited more than 20days so that the broken wires are fixed.

    Hats off @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate for your terrible service. Applied for a new FTTH through the local operator on 16th march till the BSNL scoundrel who was supposed to verify my application have not done anything. The service of BSNL will not change unless it becomes private.

    @reliancejio sir my jio network is close to zero Mbps in IRC Village Bhubaneswar Odisha for the last 15 days, it's become a nightmare as I can't even access twitter with the jio sim logged in. Only bsnl and Airtel seem to be working, kindly fix up the problem of low signal area.

    @BSNL_CHTD Do we have Bharat fiber basic plan 329? If Yes kindly change the plan for my BSNL Fiber Phone No: 044-29593724, Customer Account: 4025411631, Billing Account: 9040121580, else change the plan to 449.

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw It seems that BSNL app has been made by stupid team. No proper options to address complaints. Status of complaint is always showing everything is ok which is false claim by BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate I changed my network from BSNL to JIO. but still you guys are lying that FAULT ATTENDED. best example for worst customer service @BSNL_CHTD

    @bsnl_mp I am form singrauli Madhya Pradesh, I have BSNL FIBER connection 07805-292042. Very poor service in my area, Complaint not resolved. Fiber link not available since 2 days.

    @BSNLCorporate We had taken a bsnl broadband connection with client number 3008064796 and account number 8008173441, ~ 10 months back we had raised for disconnection request. Broadband connection got disconnected but no update on advance money. Can you check the issue.
