  One of the reasons cited for this mega infusion is to help BSNL roll out 4G in the next 2 years! Yup, rolling out 4G OVER THE NEXT TWO YEARS. When the world is fast advancing towards 5G, what sense explains investing tax payers money in rolling out an old technology?

  @SandipGhose @AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi Or at least do a swot analysis and just focus on those areas. For e.g. if bsnl is good at building infrastructure but not good in customer service/sales then build 5g and let private player (white label service) use the infrastructure to service citizens.

  @ANI Why is Govt taking such a bad move . How die hard they try , They cant make it comeback as the competition is very high and private management is at any cost will be better than BSNL . It would be one of the worst decesion taken by govt in near future

  @moneycontrolcom Why buy stake in vodafone idea when you want to revive BSNL too? BSNL revival means it competes with Vi segment mostly. Simple waste of tax money or feeding the babus by throwing money down the drain.

  @ANI Good decision, strategic sectors like telecom and finance should never be left for private sector monopoly. Now allocate 5G spectrum to BSNL and change the work culture there. If u have to compete with private sector companies then u would need to provide better services.
