@CGM_BIHAR_BSNL:complaintno. 16805826672 dtd 06.01.23 against ftth connection 06251-299960 for no Internet services at my GOI office is not resolved yet. Even on regular request neither concerned BSNL authorities nor local pvt vendor resolved my issue so far. Pathetic service

@Paytmcare Recharged Bsnl mobile through Paytm. But payment is not reflected in bsnl mobile. Checked with bsnl customer care, that informed that they haven't received any recharge from Paytm.Raised ticket in Paytm app, but no proper response. Worst service @Paytm @PaytmMoney

@BSNLCorporate I was porting my BSNL sim and I came across the same issue. If you are having a monthly pack your message will always fail when it comes to this number. PUT A TOPUP OF ₹10 SO THAT YOU CAN MESSAGE ON THE NUMBER 1900. An advice I felt was important to be told

@makeinindia @AshwiniVaishnaw this is the service bsnl giving their customer in your leadership, reason not to use bsnl 1. in case of emergency they stop only outgoing incoming call will be active always 2. if your sim is activated on punjab you can reissue it in punjab only

@Thinkforit We need to avoid a duopoly, but it can't happen when the services Vi and especially BSNL are poor. Policies must be made by the government to help all the telcos and avoid a duopoly.
