    @BSNL_PB To THE CGM BSNL (PUNJAB CIRCLE) Sir , please shift all mobile tower traffic of PUNJAB through other state HLR immediate otherwise all customer will be port to other operator. If maintains in 5 days then customer will not wait . ANAND

    Hi @BSNLCorporate I have sent a DM regarding no response for FTTH application (it's been almost 2 weeks now since I submitted application). Can you please provide any resolution? I cannot physically visit bsnl office due to lockdown.

    Nobody is serious about consumer complaint. BSNL official ignores it. They should be punished.

    @BSNLCorporate @EmmRitez My family are trying to get BSNL Broadband or WIMAX in our home in Andhra Pradesh, pin 524240 but no one is able to help. Does it mean that BSNL does not provide service in villages? All my techie friends are having the same problem for doing WFH

    I am using BSNL Fibernet and I am facing internet connectivity issue everyday and whenever I call the service provider, he chooses to not receive the call or switch off his phone. This is happening in Kadma, Jamshedpur area and my FTTH number is 6572951405. @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad Sir I don't think we need 5G and digital India until basic installation ETA and customer service improve in BSNL. We have paid 6500 for Broadband connection and it show account active but No configuration done yet router.

    @cgmbsnlkerala respected sir, I'm not able to use my mobile data due to very poor network speed on my bsnl mobile and also very poor network coverage in my house. I have complained many times but it doesnt made any result. I cannot even attend my online class .
