    @BSNLCorporate Today your company's representative Mr Mukesh visit my office.But he was not able to handle the issue.I have doubt on such type of recruitment.when Bsnl will wake up.

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate Yesterday I went to port to BSNL at BSNL Customer Service Centre Bogda,Kharagpur. I was changed RS 300 for a Rs 249 recharge on BSNL sim card This is really bad customer experience if your employees don't know how to treat them Action should be taken.

    @BSNLCorporate @TelecomTalk When will I get to use 4G volte to call in reality in kolkata as the VOLTE is there but calls don't connect or hardly connect using VOLTE? Internet works fine but calls get connected using 3G or 2G. Please fix this asap. People want to use BSNL but needc good services @BSNL_KOTD
