    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate Details shared in DM. Pls note,we are unable to recharge with proper plans as we don't get proper #BSNL signal & data. Most 99% of times, we get 3G only from #BSNL4G tower & that is also buffering. If we get better 4G, we can recharge with higher plans. #BSNLIndia

    @bsnl_care yesterday i reacharged my my father BSNL number but calls was not working and i called customer care also he didn't respond well

    @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 @BSNLCorporate You are posting as if #BSNL4G is better. But the reality is we (mostly) get 3G only from a 4G tower which is just abt 300 mtrs away. This is how #BSNL service is. 👎🏻 Is #BSNLIndia unfit to provide better service... to match pvt operators.

    @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 @BSNLCorporate We get poor n/w even though tower is just abt 300 mtrs away. Tower is 4G activated, but we get 3G (H) only. This is how #BSNL4G service is. 👎🏻 And, frequently #BSNL n/w goes off for 2-3 days. Ppl can't expect good service from #BSNLIndia.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @ETTelecom Bsnl telecom your people are not providing 3g 4g service well in our Assam Shivsagar district and I am not satisfied with that and I seem to have posted by porting from jio telecom service. Pin785640

    @bsnl_care - My father got his sim card upgraded a day before yesterday. Till now his message service has not started. What is the issue with you guys. BSNL office guys too don't listen to oyr grievancs. Why is it taking more than 24 hours for the message service to start
