So, most of BSNL Cutomers converted their phone to other operators. So, minimum 3G network should be immediately provided to all Cutomers #TalkToCGMBSNLMH

Manicpur exchange VASAI has failed completely because back up batteries provided during power failure its life expired. Telephones r dead.

If you want to change the plan you need approval from authority of APSRTC. If you need a new SIM with new number please visit nearby BSNL customer service center.
