    @sandipsabharwal @BSNLCorporate Dark lease its fiber assets to Jio, Airtel. BBNL, a 100% subsidiary of BSNL has laid fiber optic of above 5 lakh km in more than 1 lakh villages. My village which doesn't get calling network now has high speed internet. BSNL cannot be sold!

    BSNL Employees are responsible for this, with such huge monopoly in rural markets they had all means to achieve success and be in profit but their attitude towards customers and service has driven all clients to private companies.

    When we were down v ensure all work force work regardless of post expertise to bring org back on feet. I visited many #BSNL units in MH region no one care of their own area maintenance cleaning etc. pl buckle up it you only have to walk. No pay to vendors @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH

    When we vr under fire no one sit we are in front line with troops to support and fight #army #bsnl team has to ensure themselves to put their house in order. Loose wire , rubbish, system repair , mkt cleaning etc can be done in-house. Am ready volunteer. Call me @BSNLCorporate

    @sujakrao with BSNL waiting connection for few months, if any fault wait for weeks & pay bills so much ordeal & charges very very high. Now under pvt within a seconds connection & very very low price with better service. Bureaucracy is the biggest.........for this country.

    Hiii...@DoT_India I am using Bsnl sim from last 10years ..I am in Hyderabad ..capital of Telangana state ..BSNL has 3G ..but the signal length is like 2G and bleow ..very poor signal..please improve the bsnl towers in Hyderabad @BSNLCorporate .

    @bsnlrajasthan @BSNLCorporate BSNL India should review rates and validity of its recharge plans. It is not offering 4G internet with poor internet speed and keeping rate list similar to 4G service provider like Jio, Airtel etc.

    It's very pathetic and poor service from @BSNLCorporate Fiber. From last 5 days it's not working. Contacted the local team of @BSNL_JK they said cannot say when it will be restored. Do not take BSNL Fiber. No customer service and no local team support.

    @airtelindia worst ever service of Airtel Fiber swtchng to Airtel was a mistake I am from Kashmir and we had a moderate snowfall and now my Internet is gone from last 5 days . Even bsnl Fiber is working fine … called your Airtel guys lots of time but they nvr came . Its a shame
