    @VVvithlani75 I believe there are not many towers in rural areas because of which this network issue is pertaining since years. And yet no proper attention is paid to it. Only if you have a BSNL sim, you’ll be able to get through the situation.

    @BSNLCorporate There is a serious net problem with bsnl ....our bankers pay rechargeable top-up amounts, our accounts are debited but payment confirmations are not received from bsnl.... very long 48 hours delayed for refund of payments unresponded by bsnl.

    @cgm_mh_bsnl regret to say on one hand u say BSNL is committed to give excellent service to it's customers but reality is something else. Manicpur exchange VASAI has failed completely because back up batteries provided during power failure its life expired. Telephones r dead.

    @cgm_mh_bsnl @BSNLCorporate even after govt big support BSNL has taken care of its employees what about vendors who are not paid for two yrs . Our phones mail fall on deaf ears. Only comment from whatsapp msg will give after funds come. So BSNL MH working for two yrs without fund

    @BSNL_JK I have a bank WiFi connection . Number is 1912923134. The plan is 5 Mbps but I barely get 100 kbps. I have complained several times , it works for a day or two and the issue comes up again. I was on call for BSNL support for 2 hours without getting connected to any agent

    These @Airtel_Presence have got some tie up issues with BSNL and other MSPs. So one can't either dial those numbers and receive OTPs sent from those MSPs server. So whoever is using BSNL services to send OTPs, you won't receive on Airtel Mumbai network.

    In our Nashik SSA, 3G Network also not available in all mejor Cities and all villages of the District. So, most of BSNL Cutomers converted their phone to other operators. So, minimum 3G network should be immediately provided to all Cutomers #TalkToCGMBSNLMH

    @BSNL_MH @BSNLCorporate sub no 1005636431 Landline was not working from mid February to 9 April due to issue from bsnl end. Still bill was generated. Please look into it as my parents are senior citizens 78 yrs old. Due lockdown cannot go to bsnl office. HELP

Even companies like jio which was started few year's ago were highly successful but not sure what happened with BSNL?. Strategy of Indian government is very poor on business.

    The catch phrase of @BSNLCorporate is "Sorry for the inconvenience caused, BSNL assures prompt action to resolve your grievance.". They paste this reply to every complaint and doing nothing at ground level. Requesting fr 8 months to fix the low network issue at my place

    @AjeetBhartii @BSNLCorporate It took me more than 6 months to get my BSNL connection disconnected. It was not working for many months despite registering many complaints online and physical visit. Then i decided to get it disconnected and even that was painful. I paid bill for non-working conn for a year.
