And yet no proper attention is paid to it. Only if you have a BSNL sim, you’ll be able to get through the situation.

So one can't either dial those numbers and receive OTPs sent from those MSPs server. So whoever is using BSNL services to send OTPs, you won't receive on Airtel Mumbai network.

I have complained several times , it works for a day or two and the issue comes up again. I was on call for BSNL support for 2 hours without getting connected to any agent

Still bill was generated. Please look into it as my parents are senior citizens 78 yrs old. Due lockdown cannot go to bsnl office. HELP

Sankar (@gouripathy) reported@Cawnporiaah There is only one solution to "reservation". That is "privatisation". Disband BSNL like companies. Privatise Navaratna like companies. Make Railway a PPP model. Just outsource everything. It will save money, bring more transparency and efficiency.
