    @DoT_India Dear sir, please solve the issue and give permanent solutions, I will sare you my gps location. It is situated in district headquarter Jehanabad near BSNL office. From last night there is no service in BSNL. Many times I was talked with Chaurasia ji (BSNL) . He always say it’s ok

    @BSNLCorporate @JM_Scindia My BSNL number is not working since last 5 days. There is zero network in Vasundhara enclave Delhi… especially in Deluxe Apartment, Vasundhara Enclave Delhi 110096. Kindly look into it.

    @IndianTechGuide Haha. I'm paying ₹1099 for the unlimited 4G/5G 84-days pack. They should shift all customers to the ₹1099 packs. I'm happy that only premium customers are on Airtel which keeps the leeches off and keeps the network ultra fast. For all the cheap folks, go to Jio or BSNL.

    I applied for @BSNLCorporate broadband connection. Services are so poor that I won't got for it ever again. Bsnl hasn't improved at all @JM_Scindia @BSNLEmployees

    @bsnl_care As expected, same response again — without addressing the actual issue of my entire village. Received this message: “Dear customer, your docket has been closed. Docket Number: D2011139005704 – BSNL Call Centre.” Closing complaints is easy, solving them is what matters.
