After confirming availability of Fibernet in my location, I surrendered bsnl connection, paid 1 year tariff to Airtel but connecting team said no F'net. I felt cheated. Raised complaints to all levels including CMD everytime but no resolution. Better you change unfit cmd to save bsnl. How ever I will port out in sep 26. They register & close my complaints
