@BSNLCorporate Did, Jain ji gave us another, then SDO gave another num and then Paramjit Mam didn't help us and was rude!!! Talk about customer etiquettes and BSNL is Zero in that. Throw away such staff and learn from Companies like Jio

@BSNLCorporate I have made a written complaint against your employee Paramjit kaur who were unwilling to help, was rude and infact blaming us that why the hell we want to upgrade plan. I repeat, it is because of employees like these BSNL is in losses. Permanent job ki arrogance

Ms. Paramjit were very rude and were unwilling to help us. Her conduct was very anti customer. It is because of employees like these BSNL is losing the competition. No customer etiquettes.

@ViCustomerCare my some last day in ****** Vi network network always turn into 2G i will suggest everyone port your sim into jio or airtel even bsnl will be better option But don't do same mistake as me Totally disappointed

@BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate My wi-fi broad-band network not working last 10 days, we are randomly request local bsnl Official for prepare it.. They are not listening , further they are suggest complain at upper level, we r calling customer care regularly but number was not reachable

@ndtv kindly raise the issue so that the grevience fall to the deaf ears of BSNL. They have become so arrogant that customer doesn't mean anything to them.

@dcpbbsr So alot of people are having doubt whether it is working or not.... It is working only if you will enter your mobile number to log in and not aadhar. It will show all the registered numbers under the aadhar of given mobile number to log in. Also it is not working for bsnl numbers

Hi, @BSNLCorporate Not able to send smg for generating PORT request for the BSNL Prepaid Mobile Number. No problem with sending of the rest of the messages. Plz do the needful and help me urgently.

@BSNL_OR Is there anybody to listen grievances of BSNL customer? In Ghanteswar area of Bhadrak no internet even no voice communication.I have a yearly prepaid plan, but of no use.please see the matter urgently.Many customers will be benefited

@AshwiniVaishnaw Sir my bsnl internet connection 0551-2978990 not working since last 04 days. Last month also disconnect 15 day. Due to which online study of my child disrupt. I lodge online gr thr portal as well as email. But no action taken by bsnl.

@BSNLCorporate I have contacted more than 20 time's to Your BSNL customer care services. But still your team is just put off talking.

My local BSNL Bharat Fibre vendor is forcing me to pay him money for bill and to not pay myself online. It's really irritating with govt run telecom. He said if I pay online he will not correct issue if fibre breakdown happen in my area. @BSNLCorporate #DigitalIndia is joke
