@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_PB Thoroughly upset and frustrated with BSNL services. Sarkari naukri ki akad!!! Called Nodal ofcr in Ludhiana, he gave sm SDO's numbr, then he gave Ms. Paramjit number who were vry rude! Such pain in the a** just to upgrade ftth plan. @manojsinhabjp

Ms. Paramjit were very rude and were unwilling to help us. Her conduct was very anti customer. It is because of employees like these BSNL is losing the competition. No customer etiquettes.

@BSNLCorporate Did, Jain ji gave us another, then SDO gave another num and then Paramjit Mam didn't help us and was rude!!! Talk about customer etiquettes and BSNL is Zero in that. Throw away such staff and learn from Companies like Jio

@BSNLCorporate The speed has been barely 2 Mbps and upload <1. Connectivity is not continuous. BSNL official explained to take fiber connection, BUT we want the service we are already paying for, should work as promised. Please make sure the service is optimised.

@AshwiniVaishnaw 3/3. Provide Fix abbreviations for telemarketing SMS just like unique UPi id. i.e. if real axisbank send promotion via voda V-AXS,via BSNL then B-AXS,via Airtel then A-AXS. Similarly if Govt send msg then V-GOVT,B-GOVT, A-GOVT and all abbr. list on website to save fake spam links

@BSNLCorporate Its more than a week but still my connection is active.. From last 2 years I was using bsnl but becoz of poor speed, multiple times disconnection, I have applied for permanent disconnection. Paid 1000 rs monthly bill. Plz disconnect asap to avoid unnecessary bills by bsnl.
