    @BSNLCorporate Agar itne response hote aapke Installer to tweet krne ki need na hoti . They are ignoring calls and messages. Instead of giving a better solution they are suggesting to change your connection from bsnl to another local network. For there own profit.

    THIS IS about BSNL WIFI service. Since morning wifi is not working. Complaint sent to BSNL SELF CARE APP. NO RESPONSE TILL NOW. THATS WHY PEOPLE PREFER OTHER PRIVATE COMPANIES.

    Facing repeated network outages with BSNL in Bhopalgarh342603.On 17-04-2026, network was down from ~7 PM to 12 midnight.Again today, network was unavailable from 8 PM to 9 PM.Frequent outages are seriously affecting communication,financial and urgent needs action @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care My BSNL SIM does not have VoLTE service enabled yet. I am unable to use HD voice and proper call connectivity. Kindly activate VoLTE on my number at the earliest or let me know the required steps to enable it.

    @ACTFibernet What's wrong with ACT broadband? Most of the time I have issues. It stopped working today and it has been 1 hour still down We are paying full amount so expecting full service, now a day ACT has become like BSNL, most of the time down.

    My first SIM was BSNL, the Student Power plan with ₹99 monthly rental. It was truly revolutionary back in 2003. I was doing my Diploma then and BSNL was offering this plan to students on a bonafide certificate. The craze was such that even teachers used students’ bonafide certificates to get the card for themselves. At that time, other postpaid plans were around ₹200 per month, and the moment this launched, all operators were forced to reduce their rentals. That was the moment when BSNL could have been pushed further and strengthened, but instead the focus shifted towards private players. Today the situation is such that despite being affordable, BSNL struggles with basic network quality and still lacks proper 5G, with speeds that often don’t match expectations.
