    Finally close bsnl ftth connection. Not only me, many people closed and switched to Airtel. @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate BSNL employees work is very poor. They failed to ensure customer satisfaction. They intentionally want to have no customer and sleep in office.

    @BSNLCorporate @mohit_sml Dear BSNL, Suppose if an existing Subcriber of Normal Broadband Service of BSNL, Wishes to Upgrade to Fiber Based FTTH Service, Then He needs to buy an ONT Device. BUT Does he need to pay anything extra in the form of Installation charges or Other charges to Vendors ??

    @sarojkpanda1 @BSNL_OR Sir, My father from Cuttack bearing phone number 2966880, is a senior citizen and had a new BSNL FTTH connection at the start of this month. Since then he is struggling with continuing disconnections.He is being made to run from pillar to post for help.

    @NihalSarin Nihal mone! I think its high time you switch internet from BSNL to some local provider. They never seem to improve! Lagging since the time they started giving broadband seevices

    @BSNLCorporate @Jitu06813311 In jaunpur 222203 no bsnl working..only 2g working and also calling facilities is low quality...if you improve data and calling facilities than much more people will be us bsnl sim.i have 1 sim but network issue so right now i am not using this sim.

    @airtelindia Can you guys help me understand why do you flood my phone with messages to recharge & once done provide this effing awful internet service. I can bet BSNL 2G works equivalent to your #airtel4g "4G is a myth"
