Not only me, many people closed and switched to Airtel. @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate BSNL employees work is very poor. They failed to ensure customer satisfaction. They intentionally want to have no customer and sleep in office.

So it's not useful even bsnl 3g provide better ping then Jio 4g 5g in my area. If I complain they tell we are working on it but untill new tower installed nothing will fix.
