I registered online complaint on 29-06-2021 due to TP dead and BB out of order. it's been 6 days but my problem isn't solved yet. i visit nearest BSNL office for the last 4-5 dys regarding my issues but every day they give excuses. help me out @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW

Bsnl please upgrade your parour exchnge to fiber service. In my circle many user want fiber connection and vender ready to provide connection. But BSNL not upgrade parour exchange under the Palampur exchnge (01894). So PLASE take action TRAI @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @gmtddma

@BSNLCorporate bsnl broadband landline slow low speed 100 kbp . Bbnl ofc stop home. I have no fiber villages. Govt bsnl work no villages high speed broadband

@BSNL_OR Dear Sir,Very soon the speed issue will be resolved.But still if you want to disconnect,kindly apply it at our CSC or at your SDO office.Because the closing process includes return of acessories including modem if it is of BSNL.

I have posted this tweet on Saturday and its Monday till now i am getting only assurence from BSNL twitter handler that it will resolve but there is no SLA time defined still in government system , still i dont have any confirmation on issue @BSNLCorporate @GoI_MeitY @PMOIndia
