@rsprasad @KeralaGovernor I gave a complaint to rectify my BSNL land line. 0496-2633193 almost one and half month. Line man is eagerly waiting for bribe to rectify this issue permanently. Kindly look in to this issue and direct BSNL Kerala circle team to rectify this issue.

@AshwiniVaishnaw This is the situation of our BSNL office..People are not even bother to resolve your issue..They don't want to give the service but they will be the first person to raise hand when it gets privatized..What is the use of promotio n when you can't give the service.

@BSNLCorporate @DoT_India Almost 60 days since I initially reported this issue. The internet had been down for few days now in order to "increase the speed". I see no difference in the Internet speed here. It's as slow as always. This is really poor experience. #bsnl #bsnlSlow
