@rsprasad Hello Bsnl not able to resolve the land line issue. Complaint raised 45 days before, line man is waiting for bribe then only he will resolve this. Please look. 04962633193( Kerala circle, Kozhikode district)

@rsprasad @KeralaGovernor I gave a complaint to rectify my BSNL land line. 0496-2633193 almost one and half month. Line man is eagerly waiting for bribe to rectify this issue permanently. Kindly look in to this issue and direct BSNL Kerala circle team to rectify this issue.

@BSNLCorporate Bsnl-mother of all other network provider company but misfortune is -only tower is there but fuel is stolen or sold which is there to run that tower. Bcomes the cause of discouragement for bsnl. I urge and request please don't let ur customer feel that bsnl is waste of money.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD No Internet from 15 days. Kharagpur Telecom Dist Complaint raised on 25th Oct. Went to BSNL office. People came yesterday but said problem is there in the office & will be resolved. Today they said that it will be ok by evening. Still no Internet.

@BSNLCorporate Birpur in Supaul in Bihar @BSNL_BR Please look into the condition of BSNL Exchange in Birpur. Majority of time there is no network in Birpur.

@AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, I have already complained around 2 month back regarding to provide power back up to the bsnl tower, Odisha- 756033 as well as to supply 3G network not 2G. Not yet resolved even though I got assurance that it has been handed over to the concerned authority.

Even after visiting BSNL MI Road office and dropping a written complaint via speed post on 22/10/2021 I have not recd any reply/mail/call till now.

@nsitharamanoffc @PMO_NaMo @AshwiniVaishnaw Please see that the transaction SMS are received by citizens sent on BSNL mobile connection. Further prior to merger customer could dial the no given by bank and get 3 SMS about transactions per day. Now we are not getting.
