Line man is eagerly waiting for bribe to rectify this issue permanently. Kindly look in to this issue and direct BSNL Kerala circle team to rectify this issue.

If the network doesn't work (which very likely will), the employees can't work, and if they can't work, no one can complain about them doing nothing. It's the ultimate bureaucratic black hole.

vinod kumar (@vinodsfc) reported@bsnl_care Your customer care service is the worst in all accounts.Even bsnl is unable to send SIM settings in spite of more than seven requests.I think irresponsible behaviour of their service executive is the main reason for the downfall of BSNL.
