@rsprasad @KeralaGovernor I gave a complaint to rectify my BSNL land line. 0496-2633193 almost one and half month. Line man is eagerly waiting for bribe to rectify this issue permanently. Kindly look in to this issue and direct BSNL Kerala circle team to rectify this issue.

@reliancejio is tooo worst I have raised porting request from BSNL to Jio and paid 349/- in online and pre kyc was also done more than 24Hrs has been completed still I didn't even received my sim card please don't trust JIO network

Yesterday upgraded my BSNL SIM from 3G to 4G at Raiya Tele Exchange, Rajkot. Was charged ₹60. But at Jubilee Exchange, the same upgrade is said to be free. Both are BSNL offices — then why this charge difference? Just bringing this to your attention, @BSNLCorporate #customer

Recently brought bsnl and it is had a worst service in my life with it no signal coverage.The network is for only calls some say but even for call we need tower singal that too not getting properly in indoors.#bsnlsim#no1dubakoorsim#kanchipuram.Now I get why they didn't raise 💵

@BSNLCorporate It’s been 4 days without Bharat Fibre connection. Despite repeated requests, no action has been taken. The local office keeps giving excuses like “too hot to fix.” This attitude is exactly why BSNL is losing trust and market share. Please look into it urgently.

@bsnl_care @ramaswa_ e sim will be enabled in 31st century. with 4g network enabled. by that time world will be in some new technology which I can't predict right now. CMD bsnl should feel ashamed of bsnl X posts.
