Line man is eagerly waiting for bribe to rectify this issue permanently. Kindly look in to this issue and direct BSNL Kerala circle team to rectify this issue.

Now I am staying in Bangalore and visited nearest BSNL exchange they are telling they can't provide new sim as it's of different circle.There should be some provision to get SIM.
