@rsprasad @KeralaGovernor I gave a complaint to rectify my BSNL land line. 0496-2633193 almost one and half month. Line man is eagerly waiting for bribe to rectify this issue permanently. Kindly look in to this issue and direct BSNL Kerala circle team to rectify this issue.

@rsprasad Hello Bsnl not able to resolve the land line issue. Complaint raised 45 days before, line man is waiting for bribe then only he will resolve this. Please look. 04962633193( Kerala circle, Kozhikode district)

@BSNLCorporate Thank you so much for resolving my issue. But when i had previously visited bsnl office to complaint about this there were many ppl who had came with same issue. So I would like to request you kindly find some way to solve this issue. Place a QR code or gpay payment method.

I later ported my number to BSNL, which was surprisingly smooth process. How do you become so incompetent that a public sector company lampooned for incompetency works better than you? I only wish I never have to deal with any of Airtel's services ever again.
