    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate It's a widespread issue with BSNL FTTH, many users on the broadband forum reported the same issue. Don't think LCO can do anything regarding this.

    @bsnl_care world one of the worst customer care. There is no customer care in BSNL fiber internet Bangalore. For the last five days there has been no internet.

    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl me 1 gb per/day and unlimited call ka koi bhai recharge plan nhai .ase customer ka bhai dhyan rakha jaaye. Pack 1 month 3 month 6 month 1 year ka hona cheye . Please start this plan

    I'm experiencing this "no internet connection" from one week. Helplines 1500 & 1800-345-1500 useless..no reachability. Also visited BSNL exchange but there's no one to help. I want full rebate on my loss.

    @BSNLCorporate I ordered a BSNL SIM card and was supposed to receive it last Sunday, but I haven’t received it yet. No update, no calls, and customer care hasn’t been able to help me either. Please look into this urgently. #BSNL #CustomerService

    Bsnl sends this text msg "Dear BSNL Customer, Mobile services in your area are Highspeed 4G. Kindly go to Mobile Settings > Mobile Networks > BSNL SIM > Preferred Network Type and select 'Prefer LTE'." BSNL. And their 4g can't even open speedtest site. Lol.
