Anurag Anand (@anandanurag00) reportedBSNL fibre down for days in Kapileshwar Sthan, Madhubani (Service No: 06271-222166). No one is responding — no customer care, no vendor, no BSNL staff. Absolutely no support. Still paying and forced to spend extra on mobile data. This is unacceptable.
