    I can't get call waiting notification from third party during call. I have lodged complaint many times. Calling bsnl customer care is not cup a tea. IVR response for an hour but nobody pick the call. Poor service @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UKD

    @BSNLCorporate I am getting voice disturbance in the evening 5pm to 10pm every day.I ported in Bsnl one month ago from then I was facing the issue. Will you plz solve the problem otherwise I have to port out after 90 days.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate Day 2 : Internet is not working for 2 days now. No support, zero customer service, called local bsnl office but no response. Pathetic, sarkari company behaviour won’t take you anywhere in longer run.

    My BSNL no.9415520402 in Pandariba locality of Charbagh, Lucknow under UP easy is not working since last evening due to net work failure, which oftens frequently. Pl look into the issue and set right the problem.

    Thanks @Paytm for refund . Both side issue was their. my side issue was i did not check 57 pack is still availabe in bsnl. They removed it. Paytm side issue is if 57 pack is invalid, then recharge should fail and refund, but it is done recharge with another pack.

    @BSNLCorporate My BSNL mobile number shows active ,but I am unable to make calls or receive calls it's keeps on saying out of service , I just did a recharge of 397 but still no service , I am also not receiving any text msg for OTP and unable to send sms, please help urgently..

    @BSNLCorporate 044 28111058 is not working till this moment. brazen misrepresentation by BSNL that they have spoken to me the complainant and BSNL falsely claims the landline is working. BSNL top brass please take action against erring officials.

    @BSNLCorporate Pls sir resolve issues asap..Bsnl Not connect 3G network.. only connect 2G network... already many compaint...pls provide stable 3G network & fast internet speed...

    @BSNLCorporate Mu previous complaint too was forcefullu closed by local staff by saying blah blah.The bsnl staffs r very worried if we registered a complaints but they dont bothered about to rectify it. Instead they tell us that please close the issue by providing OTP and we will close it later

    @BSNLCorporate Your templated repiled won't help sir.. i am asking for the services for which i am paying..i have the right to know as why their connection down for more than 1 week.. every govt dept,banking services,csc in my area depending on bsnl...
