    I can't get call waiting notification from third party during call. I have lodged complaint many times. Calling bsnl customer care is not cup a tea. IVR response for an hour but nobody pick the call. Poor service @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UKD

    @BSNLCorporate I am getting voice disturbance in the evening 5pm to 10pm every day.I ported in Bsnl one month ago from then I was facing the issue. Will you plz solve the problem otherwise I have to port out after 90 days.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 I had ported from Jio to BSNL to support India’s network growth. But in Kalinganagar, Duburi, Jajpur (PIN 755026, Odisha), BSNL signal was very poor indoors & outdoors—even after complaints. So I ported back to Jio. BSNL is cheaper but not reliable.

    @BSNL_TN Thanks for the response. We support BSNL and BSNL also support customers. Try to build a new 4g or 5g tower near our locality

    @IndianTechGuide Nah , i don't believe in BSNL anymore , service is not good might i port sim and after few days their network crashed for no reason . main part they take 15 days to solve that issue

    @Aarif150205 @NARENDRAGANGW18 @IndianTechGuide Yes, "Re 1" means 1 Indian Rupee (₹1). In BSNL's Freedom Plan, it's a promotional recharge offering new users a free 4G SIM and 30 days of service (2GB/day data, unlimited calls, 100 SMS/day) for just ₹1. Valid until August 31, 2025.

    @IndianTechGuide Re 1 for a month of BSNL 4G? Wow, that's cheaper than a toffee 🍬 Now if only we could get network that works as sweet too. How about some freedom from call drops and slow speeds?

    @bsnl_care @BSNL_TN Visited Anna Salai customer care for duplicate sim card but they are sending to someone seating outside BSNL BUILDING. Does customer care office not doing this ? or the staff on duty are here to just redirect customer?
