    I can't get call waiting notification from third party during call. I have lodged complaint many times. Calling bsnl customer care is not cup a tea. IVR response for an hour but nobody pick the call. Poor service @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UKD

    @BSNLCorporate I am getting voice disturbance in the evening 5pm to 10pm every day.I ported in Bsnl one month ago from then I was facing the issue. Will you plz solve the problem otherwise I have to port out after 90 days.

Kindly note that for BSNL MNP (Mobile Number Portability), physical KYC verification at the nearest BSNL CSC is mandatory as per telecom regulations, and doorstep SIM delivery is not applicable in MNP cases.     @BSNLCorporate Still BSNL is in year 2000. No reliable network for making digital Payments. Most of the time transactions are getting timed out while making payments. No network at 600 126 Mappedu area even in second floor. No action for 10 years. Complaints are closed without any action.

    BSNL network is showing "No Signal" continuously since this morning. This issue has been recurring since February 2026, and despite multiple complaints, no permanent resolution has been provided. Kindly resolve the issue permanently. @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL #BSNL

    @dixarth Something has been done to india's internet\radio frequencies. Everything has been dogshit past few weeks. Airtel, jio, bsnl. Everything sucks. Wifi range has been decreased too.
