  @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate My BSNL broadband is not working since last 4 days and on complaining at local telephone exchange@kosamba, they told me to contact Surat office,they are telling that Surat office is not listening their complains so they directly told me to contact them.

  @mayurkerkar77 I got fed up with GWAVE and has now switched to BSNL FTTH. Planning to take legal action for deficiency in service by GWAVE. All proofs gathered. Any guidance is advised.

  @BSNLCorporate Sir, Complaint against OFC landline 0291-2942847 dated 04 Aug 21 closed but not attended. It becomes trends that closing the complaint without resolving the issues. I approached personally to Mr Niraj BSNL rep looking after my area but no one attended the issues.
