    @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate My BSNL broadband is not working since last 4 days and on complaining at local telephone exchange@kosamba, they told me to contact Surat office,they are telling that Surat office is not listening their complains so they directly told me to contact them.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Bsnl only helping private players to feel the gaps and not helping the people by their own network. This is the fact. Almost 1 year there is hardly any improvement in connectivity in Goa and karnataka. For this reason I just ported to jio, though it is pricy but reliable.

However, this problem has been pending since 3 Dec, and SMS are still being sent but not received by others. Request you to expedite the resolution, as it is causing significant inconvenience.     @BSNL_OR In Chandrasekharpur and kalarahanga , Patia , Bhubaneswar, Odisha area BSNL 4G network always unstable and call disconnected. Major area in Bhubaneswar BSNL 4G network Unstable and call, internet discoonect.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 When ever there is a good message or new offer by bsnl why so many people report issues all over india. There can be two things either BSNL is not addressing such issues and not resolving it or there are people who are always say bad abt bsnl.pls resolve if any such issues .

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 I have kept on complaining to BSNL customer care that not getting proper network voice all drop without informing me my all complaints are closed but still I'm facing network problem and voice quality drop problem no help from bsnl.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK @bsnl_care BSNL FTTH service is at its worst. Reported a 'no internet' issue 2 days ago, but no action has been taken. Customer care gives excuses instead of solutions, and complaints are being closed automatically without resolution.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Dear BSNL team, Complained many times about this issue, even talked to local office Arwal/Gaya but till now the problem has become permanent, despite living in the village of BSNL BTS, we village residents are not using the BSNL sim properly, CMD saheb,pls look into issue

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_APCircle Very pathetic service from BSNL. I ported my number to BSNL and for the last 3 days I have been roaming around BSNL office. They clearly told me my SIM will be activated by 11:49 PM on 13 Jan 2026, but till now nothing happened.@DoT_India
