    @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate My BSNL broadband is not working since last 4 days and on complaining at local telephone exchange@kosamba, they told me to contact Surat office,they are telling that Surat office is not listening their complains so they directly told me to contact them.

    @CMDBSNL 90% + students of Gajapati, Gumma block are not able to get online class facilities due to POOR network connection in the area, 3G BSNL speed is less than 10 kbps, which is also difficult to send one text.

    @BSNLCorporate @MSDESkillIndia Hi, i applied for BSNL broadband connection 8 day earlier in Haldwani Uttarakhand and still i didn't get login id and password from Bsnl office. BSNL making WFH more difficult and in my local area there is no other service provider. Please help me on this.. @BSNL_UKD .

    Not getting any response from anywhere. No Response from BSNL Bhopal CGM / GM. No response from CMD except booked the docket. No response from DOT. No response from Telecommunication ministry. Thanks to all for such poor and bad experience.

    During this pandemic there is too much requirement of broadband service for online classes of children which is most priority basis but no-one in BSNL department were taking this matter in serious, kindly take necessary action @GoI_MeitY @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @Mohidul321 @BSNLCorporate Have been trying to send PORT SMS to 1900...but its not going..whereas SMS being delivered other numbers...if its known problem..y BSNL is not resolving it...

    1st Call :- Agent Name- Mr. Mahanta. "Agent voice"- Since I don't have Bsnl no validity plan and have balance less than Rs-100/-, the balance is autoclear,If you do not make a complaint within 7 days, the balance refund will not be available.

    2nd call :- Agent Name :- Riten Pahari "Agent voice"- I did not have any balance deduction,CC agent will not be able to register my complaint because I have no validity plan in that BSNL no.If I recharge the validity plan, the deduction amount will be refunded.
