    @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate My BSNL broadband is not working since last 4 days and on complaining at local telephone exchange@kosamba, they told me to contact Surat office,they are telling that Surat office is not listening their complains so they directly told me to contact them.

    @Prophet_Panchi @mxtaverse Tbf bsnl is making a turn around after the sizing down(vrs exits). They apparently recorded their first profit last year in decades. So not all bad with bsnl.

    @AadiAchint @reliancejio We were told MTNL, BSNL were public sector, so theooor service was expected, changeover to private. Now all are same in deficiency of service service. Ram Bharose. If it works, it works

    @bsnl_care 5 days still No resolution. Vendor is asking for Money for cable replacement for 8rs/M @CMDBSNL is this the way BSNL handle the old Connections. My connection is 5 year Old. If these things not resolved we surely go with consumer forum for this recklessness.

    @CMOGuj Sir our telephones and internet lines are not working since 26thApril 2026.While checking with BSNL VASANA Ahmedabad….COPPER WIRE LINES STOLEN FROM LOCKED JUNCTION BOX located near AshokNagar Paladi Ahmedabad 380007 Is it possible in Safe Gujarat??

    Thank you for registering the complaint. However, the issue in Kusumi village, Kotpad, Koraput is long pending. There is still no BSNL network and residents are unable to receive OTPs. Kindly prioritise and share a resolution timeline @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India

    @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate From yesterday, I am trying to get UPC for porting my sim from BSNL to other service provider.. but despite trying multiple times, not getting the same. From other Jio and VI number, UPC is getting generated instantly. Please do the needful.
