    @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate My BSNL broadband is not working since last 4 days and on complaining at local telephone exchange@kosamba, they told me to contact Surat office,they are telling that Surat office is not listening their complains so they directly told me to contact them.

    I have a BSNL bundled connection 040-29703893 which I took after my retirement from a PSU in 2016 as a mark of loyalty.I had many tough times - once I was without conection for 3 weeks but there was always some response.I had an outage on 10th .The complaint was closed.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_ap_circle Dear team nearly 400 sim cards uses in APMDC Ltd Company, Kadapa (Dist.), A.P. in few days we are all suffered several times signal problems. we are complaint to local BSNL team. But there is no use. pls rectify this problem as early as possible.

    @bsnl_ap_circle @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India been loyal BSNL customer for 25 years, now helpline doesn't work, no service, email bill not being sent, repeated recorded reminder for bill payment much before due date😠 All nails in BSNL coffin being driven by the department itself

    @BSNL_TN The BSNL landline not working complaint registered at 12th December "128155365951 " But no one turned back to fix the issue. If ask customer care daily they will be esclating next level not understand where they esclating and who when will get it fix ?
