    @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate My BSNL broadband is not working since last 4 days and on complaining at local telephone exchange@kosamba, they told me to contact Surat office,they are telling that Surat office is not listening their complains so they directly told me to contact them.

    @Airtel_Presence The issue is that I have BSNL connection already and now it's billing will start. The connection should be up yesterday (31 July) . Ab Naye month ka bill aayega use kon karega. I want my money back now.

    High time Govt of #India sells off #BSNL, they not solving problems faced by it's customers even after giving complaints since 4 months. Sending bills of a dead phone. Staff don't care for anyone. Fake assuarences of resolving problem. @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw @CMDBSNL
