    @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate My BSNL broadband is not working since last 4 days and on complaining at local telephone exchange@kosamba, they told me to contact Surat office,they are telling that Surat office is not listening their complains so they directly told me to contact them.

    @santoshimmt @BBCHindi This what is called as "Welfare State". The poor or inefficient performance can be attributed to ONGC, IPCL, IOCL, BSNL, MTNL and so on???...the inefficiency is planted in an organization to make way for justifying the*SALE".

    @BSNLCorporate How can you public this information? Who ever is handling BSNL's twitter page need to have some basic etiquettes. Further Its been almost a month and your are still not able to understand the issue. I have UPC code generating issue on my another number which I've mentioned in DM

    @BSNLCorporate You guys will never be. Your broadband staff are non responsive for 100s of customer. Probably you all should be governed by a private vendor or ppp model only that is option of revival of BSNL.
