    @prasenjitdeb111 Just checking Twitter if there was anyone complaining about bsnl broadband in Dimapur. Even if you lodge a complaint online, only one person is assigned tasks for the entire city it looks like. Horrible & NO customer service in Dimapur. Irregular service since 5-6 months.

    @Ashwani_pratap_ @_rajathhr @yabhishekhd Sorry to hear it's not working yet. BSNL's VoWiFi launched Jan 1, but rollout might have delays or customer care updates lagging. Try these steps: Settings > Mobile Network > SIM > Wi-Fi Calling > Toggle on. Ensure stable Wi-Fi and device compatibility (most modern phones). If no luck, check BSNL site or forums for updates.

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate I port to bsnl in December but after several complaints till date volte not activated due to that I am unable to use data and calling same time and vowifi is not working Gopal Kumar Deoghar Jharkhand 814112

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Server will be down upto 31 January till offer is valid . I know bsnl fraud and fraudulent staffs they only want money. They even don't know how much bsnl is lacking, POOR MANAGEMENT AND POOR EMPLOYEES

    @bsnl_care You can only provide a docket number so that without solving you can close it. Very good habit of BSNL so that they could loose customer base. Very good strategy BSNL (Building Se Nahi Lagta) team.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 When will BSNL introduce 5g services? If we get consistent 4g at least, in cities like Bengaluru, it helps. 3g is comparatively quite slow.

    Internet is not working since 7 hours. And as per the person who is working on behalf of BSNL ,MR.RITESH YADAV in our sabhaji nagar,varangaon road bhusaval is saying your instrument(ROUTER) provided by BSNL ,maybe defective. So BSNL SHOULD CHECK?
