    @BSNLCorporate Again one new issue has arisen. One tme charges of Rs 144.64 +Rs 3.93 has been charged excess. Resolving one issue creates a new isue. Is this how #BSNL works?

    @Airtel_Presence you have really pathetic customer care services!! Neither getting solution in email and no reply in DM. @BSNL_UKD was far better in resolving issues, regretting my descision of SIM port from BSNL to Airtel

    I live in ludhiana near sahnewal ,i have port my number to bsnl but i am very disappointed with their services. Its been more than 15 days i am using bsnl sim it has very bad network connectivity no internet connection. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_PB @bsnl

    @AsianetBB really sad fibre connectivity in Trivandrum. The customer care feels everything is fine, but the ping command proves otherwise. We moved from BSNL to Asianet for dependable service! But you guys seem to be intent on getting us to move on again.

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India Day 31 of constant complaining. See my original tweet was on 6 Feb. Already sent the required information in the DM. BSNL is making excuses of "installing new machines soon". What will I do until then? I'm getting slow speed. I can't do daily works.

    @BSNLCorporate i have applied to bsnl prepaid from postpaid but still it is postpaid. i have applied in bsnl offiice twice. Now please do the needful or i will have to switch to another network #bsnl @narendramodi

    @bsnl_ap_circle @AmritMahotsav Why there will be no customer service available after 6PM in Andhra Pradesh? Why no one will attempt in lunch time after 1PM? Is it BSNL or any other start-up network? Are bsnl customer agents working for BSNL Network or Jio network?
