@BSNLCorporate very worst service is being provided by bsnl I am having 60mbps plan and I am not getting speeds more than 25mbps and I have complained to the vendor also and he also did not resolve my issue at all and this issue is existing since last 15 days please take actions.

And they are taking daily charges from us without internet service. Even for the simple issues the bsnl is taking to much time. Or you can do best thing do privatisation of bsnl.

BSNL employees just sit and take salary and the customer's internet works. Whether or not the government should make BSNL company private, the employees who have them should keep their salary of 10000 thousand, nor the government will go in loss,th customers will also be happy

@BSNLCorporate I paid Bill For Voice Calling Before Three years but I don't get this service till date . I paid Rs 1613 For One month ( 720 Hr ) but I get services only 15 to 20 Days ( 360 Hr - 480 Hr ).No response from BSNL Authority and BBNL Authority. Odisha.06722295001

@BSNLCorporate hello bsnl fiber i have buy a plan of 60mbps but i am not getting the full speed of 60 mbps the speed is up to 40 to 50mbps and the uploading speed is soo bad that it come upto 20 to 30mbps in the plan of 60 mbps Please solve my problem Thankyou

@jayesh_wadekar @BSNLCorporate Because router is provided by vendor for which they buy in bulk but not for a single customer. BSNL only charge around 1500 (not exactly sure) for security deposit but when you disconnect your connection they shall be returned to you. Also, 4 fiber cable costs 8 rs per meter

@jayesh_wadekar @BSNLCorporate And laying cost is separate. Since these private vendors operating costs are relatively low so they would not opt for an licensed software to issue invoices. But if you want monthly invoice you can have the same using BSNL app. Do visit

@bsnl karnataka over a period of time mobile signal strength is reduced at Bellare PIN574212. Now it is almost nil. Customer care 1503 is also proved that it is managed by un informed people. My no 9444149332 is not working at all. Pl help
