  @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir request your intervention here. As india is moving towards atmanirbhar bharat and bsnl is india's agency but its net is so horrible not even able to work spending so much of installation fee also no use how will someone use this kind of service? Very bad😞😒

  @BSNLCorporate Team i use bsnl sim in my mobile but every day its network goes out of coverage no network comes this is very bad can you look into it and resolve this issue at the earliest or let me know if it is not ossible so that u can refund my money of recharge and will port

  @BSNLCorporate Team since two days my bsnl wifi is not working..again there is no responsibility gap and there is no one responding. This is very bad service such a bad network @AshwiniVaishnaw @PMOIndia talking about 5g and here Bsnl is unable to provide even 2g every second day it happens.

  @rsprasad @BSNLCorporate I am very disappointed with no response from BSNL team I have BSNL wifi at my home which is not working properly network goes down mostly. I am working in a corporate mnc company and wifi is installed for office work not for entertainment. Rs sir pls look

  @BSNLCorporate I have a bharat fibre connection and I have been facing speed issues since a long time but no resolution has been provided yet by the technicians. Highly disappointed by bsnl services. Please look into it or else i will have to terminate my connection.

  One of the fastest customer service in bsnl operator. Whenever you call they say, we are facing technical issue, call after 2hrs and they disconnect the call. Thanks @BSNLCorporate for reaching to this level.

  @Ankit89854690 When asked about high tariff of Helpline, they say the charges are according to our Mobile Service provider. But I have a BSNL connection with daily 250 minutes of free calls as well as 100 free SMSes. Still I got exorbitantly charged. Shame on Axis Bank.

  @BSNLCorporate Sir do we need to go to our hometown to replace a damaged postpaid Bsnl Sim Card? Its been six-seven days my Sim Card is not working.I have arranged for all the required documents asked by your office in Beltola,Guwahati still couldnt get it replaced. #bsnl #BSNL4G
