    @rsprasad @BSNLCorporate I am very disappointed with no response from BSNL team I have BSNL wifi at my home which is not working properly network goes down mostly. I am working in a corporate mnc company and wifi is installed for office work not for entertainment. Rs sir pls look

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir request your intervention here. As india is moving towards atmanirbhar bharat and bsnl is india's agency but its net is so horrible not even able to work spending so much of installation fee also no use how will someone use this kind of service? Very bad😞😒

    @BSNLCorporate My name -- Vipul Saxena Mob no-- 9755133775 City-- Khurai distt Sagar MP After so many reminders to the bsnl team my net is not working properly please look into it at the earliest and resolve the issue on priority or let me know if it is not possible fed up of ur service.

    @BSNLCorporate Team since two days my bsnl wifi is not working..again there is no responsibility gap and there is no one responding. This is very bad service such a bad network @AshwiniVaishnaw @PMOIndia talking about 5g and here Bsnl is unable to provide even 2g every second day it happens.

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate I have applied for new bsnl FTTH connection 1 week before only.. still not yet given the connection, the bsnl local executive person not rcvng call also, just dragged a wire in d the that's it, what a poor service from BSNL, very disgusting experience...

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate , @BSNL_KOTD .... Still there is no update. For nore than 2 weeks no one is trying to fix the dead phone, only closing the Requests. BSNl will still be sending the full month's bill after this. My aged parents need the landline to work, for obvious reasons.

    Even Though I am Using Bsnl main balance from past 7-8 years.. But First time facing Issue and not getting proper help too bcz of plan changes and all but what about my main balance then ?If wana deduct 997 per month let me knw but let me use it.. I prefer to use data too from it

    @CMDBSNL Sir why BSNL Airfiber service is not available in Agra. I applied for BSNL airfiber but your field officer denied, they said Airfiber service is not available, only FTTH available. Sir at my location your FTTH not available, thats why I applied Airfiber.

    Another day I am facing internet speed issue @BSNLcorporation .my problem not yet solved. @bsnlmobile providing poorer service.not properly response from customer care. 4 days ago I registered complaint for internet speed but not yet any response from @bsnl.
