@BSNLCorporate Team i use bsnl sim in my mobile but every day its network goes out of coverage no network comes this is very bad can you look into it and resolve this issue at the earliest or let me know if it is not ossible so that u can refund my money of recharge and will port

@BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir request your intervention here. As india is moving towards atmanirbhar bharat and bsnl is india's agency but its net is so horrible not even able to work spending so much of installation fee also no use how will someone use this kind of service? Very bad😞😒

@BSNLCorporate Team since two days my bsnl wifi is not working..again there is no responsibility gap and there is no one responding. This is very bad service such a bad network @AshwiniVaishnaw @PMOIndia talking about 5g and here Bsnl is unable to provide even 2g every second day it happens.

@BSNLCorporate I had submitted my Account closure request at BSNL Customer Care office, Saheed Nagar, Bhubaneswar on 21/09/2021 and they had clearly informed me that the pending amount for my usage would be deducted from my security deposit.But bill generated again for this month

@BSNL_AS Jai Hind. Pl issue orders to State BSNL office to issue duplicate sims/activate services at India level as airtel, jio Idea. We defence persons facing lot of problems. My Punjab sim suspended n dup sim be issued from Punjab only. Really sad being in Meghalaya.

@SJha1618 BSNL failure is due to its poor management and inefficient employees who depended on contractors, not maintained infrastructures, lack of technical experienced staff, poor customer service.
