    @rsprasad @BSNLCorporate I am very disappointed with no response from BSNL team I have BSNL wifi at my home which is not working properly network goes down mostly. I am working in a corporate mnc company and wifi is installed for office work not for entertainment. Rs sir pls look

    @BSNLCorporate My name -- Vipul Saxena Mob no-- 9755133775 City-- Khurai distt Sagar MP After so many reminders to the bsnl team my net is not working properly please look into it at the earliest and resolve the issue on priority or let me know if it is not possible fed up of ur service.

    @BSNLCorporate Team since two days my bsnl wifi is not working..again there is no responsibility gap and there is no one responding. This is very bad service such a bad network @AshwiniVaishnaw @PMOIndia talking about 5g and here Bsnl is unable to provide even 2g every second day it happens.

    @BSNLCorporate my area pincode is 470117 network fails like hell my number is 9755133775 if the problem is not resolve i would request you to kindly refund my money of yearly recharge that is already done on this bsnl number so that i can happily port my number to other company

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir request your intervention here. As india is moving towards atmanirbhar bharat and bsnl is india's agency but its net is so horrible not even able to work spending so much of installation fee also no use how will someone use this kind of service? Very bad😞😒

    @BSNLCorporate Team i use bsnl sim in my mobile but every day its network goes out of coverage no network comes this is very bad can you look into it and resolve this issue at the earliest or let me know if it is not ossible so that u can refund my money of recharge and will port

    @bsnl_care I have ported out to jio recently and a more satisfied with the services. BSNL unable to rectify issues and finally surrendered stating that a new tower is needed in vayushaktinagar Gandhinagar to resolve the issues. However thanks for your concern

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care @BSNL_UPE I accidentally did two recharges on my BSNL number. Need a refund for the first wrong recharge. I Called ​Customer care 1503 disconnects after 10 mins of waiting. Done 3 times already. No help. Please solve this issue

    All is true except good quality , customer approach and satisfaction , prompt fault clearance. That is why BSNL retired officials do not want to get this connection instead disconnecting and opting out for other operators. I my self did with my number 01812715252

    Complaints are even being closed without my confirmation while the service remains non-functional. I've also tried contacting the local service provider (+91 94244 93777) multiple times, but my calls have gone unanswered. This level of service is unacceptable. #BSNL #Broadband

    @Kiranhyd @SayantikaSays BSNL - 4 years, small towns, different states, same experience. Internet down, call technician, fixed in 10 mins unless any maintenance issue. If not fixed, directly call JE or AE, they'll get it fixed immediately. Once for an issue, JE, AE and 3 technicians came home to check.

    to some other more particularly to jio or airtel.. why so ?? It deliberately done to slow down net speed of bsnl ?? Only advertisement of high speed but in action totally down.. please look into it..
