@BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir request your intervention here. As india is moving towards atmanirbhar bharat and bsnl is india's agency but its net is so horrible not even able to work spending so much of installation fee also no use how will someone use this kind of service? Very bad😞😒

@BSNLCorporate Team since two days my bsnl wifi is not working..again there is no responsibility gap and there is no one responding. This is very bad service such a bad network @AshwiniVaishnaw @PMOIndia talking about 5g and here Bsnl is unable to provide even 2g every second day it happens.

@rsprasad @BSNLCorporate I am very disappointed with no response from BSNL team I have BSNL wifi at my home which is not working properly network goes down mostly. I am working in a corporate mnc company and wifi is installed for office work not for entertainment. Rs sir pls look

@BSNLCorporate Team i use bsnl sim in my mobile but every day its network goes out of coverage no network comes this is very bad can you look into it and resolve this issue at the earliest or let me know if it is not ossible so that u can refund my money of recharge and will port

3. Non uniform charges of ONT throughout country compared to same installation charges including dual band ont by pvt operator. 4. Using of TIP and LCO is not customer friendly... Dispute between BSNL staff and TIP/LCO. 5. Reliability of the connection is poor.

@DoT_India i recharged my bsnl mob with Rs 797 plan which having one year validity on 23-07-22. An unknown person who wrongly recharged my no on 6-08-22 with Rs107 Suddenly my 9444458415 is not working, Bsnl told that sys will override your exist plan it's not right

@Ras_hmi_Tweet Blame it on the BSNL management and the employees. I have worst experince from BSNL. They used to disconnect data circuits without notice, citing maintenance. Slowly customers switched to other operators .
