@BSNLCorporate Team since two days my bsnl wifi is not working..again there is no responsibility gap and there is no one responding. This is very bad service such a bad network @AshwiniVaishnaw @PMOIndia talking about 5g and here Bsnl is unable to provide even 2g every second day it happens.

@BSNLCorporate Team i use bsnl sim in my mobile but every day its network goes out of coverage no network comes this is very bad can you look into it and resolve this issue at the earliest or let me know if it is not ossible so that u can refund my money of recharge and will port

@rsprasad @BSNLCorporate I am very disappointed with no response from BSNL team I have BSNL wifi at my home which is not working properly network goes down mostly. I am working in a corporate mnc company and wifi is installed for office work not for entertainment. Rs sir pls look

@BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir request your intervention here. As india is moving towards atmanirbhar bharat and bsnl is india's agency but its net is so horrible not even able to work spending so much of installation fee also no use how will someone use this kind of service? Very bad😞😒

@BSNL_OR Facing no internet access issue for 3 days. It's an intermittent issue, the internet is getting disconnected most frequently. Raised ticket : 16618308482 on bsnl self-portal, but no one contacted yet and the issue still persists. This is how customer service is.

@BSNL_PB Using BSNL AIR FIBRE 01612960442 my Internet connection is down from last 25 days. Im asking my local Vendor to fix it but he is not taking it seriously and now he even don’t bother to answer my calls I even try calling local SDO but no one could get it fix. PLS HELP

@othisaivu This also applies to the finance issues. They was an outrage on rejuvenation of BSNL. Without knowing any details of the funding, SM finance jumped at the government. Too much time, too little patience to ask, comprehend and debate the details.

@AditiIndiaFirst @thekaipullai BSNL has probably the best infrastructure in rural India. But like any Govt run organisation, it is terribly managed. Ideally they should sell off the infrastructure and the assets to private operators at an auction.. The only win win solution..!
