    @rsprasad @BSNLCorporate I am very disappointed with no response from BSNL team I have BSNL wifi at my home which is not working properly network goes down mostly. I am working in a corporate mnc company and wifi is installed for office work not for entertainment. Rs sir pls look

    @BSNLCorporate Team i use bsnl sim in my mobile but every day its network goes out of coverage no network comes this is very bad can you look into it and resolve this issue at the earliest or let me know if it is not ossible so that u can refund my money of recharge and will port

    @BSNLCorporate Team since two days my bsnl wifi is not working..again there is no responsibility gap and there is no one responding. This is very bad service such a bad network @AshwiniVaishnaw @PMOIndia talking about 5g and here Bsnl is unable to provide even 2g every second day it happens.

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir request your intervention here. As india is moving towards atmanirbhar bharat and bsnl is india's agency but its net is so horrible not even able to work spending so much of installation fee also no use how will someone use this kind of service? Very bad😞😒

    @BSNLCorporate My name -- Vipul Saxena Mob no-- 9755133775 City-- Khurai distt Sagar MP After so many reminders to the bsnl team my net is not working properly please look into it at the earliest and resolve the issue on priority or let me know if it is not possible fed up of ur service.

    @muskan_jaiswal7 I use both with BSNL as my primary number with a wired Connection and WiFi. If you asking in terms of better network then its better to check in your area. In my area, jio Coverage has gone bad but airtel has improved. In terms of support, it is the other way.

    Today Near About 10:45 AM in my location electricity has gone the moment electricity gone BSNL data switch to 2g from 4g instantly. But When electricity came back the data connection is ok providing 4g but internet speed is too slow can't use the internet. @BSNLCorporate

    @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate pls help as m not able to recharge my bsnl prepaid number. My account activity got barred due to this and there is no fault at my end as m try to recharge from last one week and seeking help from customer care also but to no avail
