Without improving the customer service and making BSNL accountable for customer service, BSNL is a dead which elephant which will eat up tax payers money and deliver nothing.

Next what, first 5G call of BSNL when India will be using 6G? Well this Government has duty to support Private Telcom companies first, they did it during RCom time also.

BSNL is not able to rollout 4G network till now due to such governmental policies. Which thrown the PSU towards loss making firm.
