    @BSNLCorporate Make this system accessible via your BSNL mobile app, website etc. Ticket numbers should be generated for the complaints with proper tracking info on the app for citizens to know what action has been taken by your engineers and how much time was taken to resolve the issue. (2/n)

    @MobiKwikSWAT No resolution provided yet. Bsnl call support clearly denies any recharge done,it’s mobikwik fault ,you all have trapped our money ,immediately see to this on top most priority and where is your grievance redressal cell,bsnl all india call support number is 1503,u May also call

    @BSNLCorporate @Jimmyeyme It's not only in Kashmir. Even in Tamilnadu and Kerala as well.We really wants to have BSNL service. But BSNL is abdoned child of central Government, soon will sell this also.
