Yogesh (@yogeshmahawar25) reportedBSNL network is worst specially if you travel 2 non bsnl region. In NCR, no network at all, which cause issues to people traveling from hilly regions. If they do not tie up with networks enabled in NCR, they they shut down the company #BSNL @JM_Scindia @PMOIndia @GovtOfIndia_

Prof. R S Singh, IIT(BHU) (@rssinghche) reported@BSNLCorporate BSNL user for 20+ years in Varanasi. Experience is very bad and worsening day by day. Minor issues take weeks/months, complaints marked “resolved” without action, and local vendors rarely respond. Only thing consistent—bill reminders. Not sure who’s accountable.

Sushil Dudhalkar (@susdud) reported@AshwiniVaishnaw - Sir, even after posting a message to you and BSNL reverting back, I still haven't succeeded in gettin a fibre connection in Mumbai. @bsnl_care did call, but the right dept has not, and I am still waiting. Customer acquisition needs to get way better, I believe.
