    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_PB I'm fed up with BSNL. They don't provide 3G or 4G network. They just provide 2G internet since last night. It's now 1.45 PM of 16-11-2022. BSNL sends message their team is on work. Mohan Singh Kang. Libra.. Khanna..PB.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_PB I am residing in Village Libra, near Khanna. My complaint is that I pay for the 4 G to BSNL for recharge of my phone . But every now and then there is no 4 G network . Many times it's just 2 G. I think that it must be deliberate

    @Shivaagnihotry Dear Customer, if a double recharge of the same amount is done, the second recharge will be kept in queue.     @piyush_trades @vesperaurora1 For that you shouldn't encourage state monopolies. Scrap BSNL for good, enough tax payer money has been pumped to just keep it afloat You should ask for less regulations and more competitor, the price will automatically come down

    All is true except good quality , customer approach and satisfaction , prompt fault clearance. That is why BSNL retired officials do not want to get this connection instead disconnecting and opting out for other operators. I my self did with my number 01812715252

    This is very disheartening to say that the @BSNLCorporate network at my location is nil. I have reached out to bsnl website and took assistance from AI assistant and they just doing mock out of me. Please do the needful as earliest as possible.
